The products had good prices with a lot of discounts, up to 60%. They also had discounted sales prices on plenty of items. The staff members were attentive and friendly. They assisted us multiple times with questions and helped other customers to checkout quickly.

Everything about the store from the layout to the merchandise and pricing seemed standard to Old Navy. This isn't a bad thing, just noticeable. We popped in to browse as one does at Old Navy. The selection and prices were solid, we picked up a few t-shirts and a pair of shorts. The shelves and racks needed a bit of love, as the t-shirt shelves were in a bit of disarray, but again...that is on brand for ON if we are being honest! The store was well laid out, stocked well, clean and well lit. Service was okay. The cashier was friendly and efficient. Overall, solid Old Navy location. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit or to avoid.

The service seems very nice as well. I have been very excited to have a retail option nearby. Now, I won't be back. I have visited several Burlington stores across the country. This is the first one that I have visited that I felt so humiliated by the security. I understand he was only "doing his job" as directed by the store manager. They should just close it if customers are subjected to these security procedures. I stopped by during lunch to pick up a shirt and cheap costume jewelry to wear for afternoon event. The front of the store is blocked off with black rope and the security guard allows you to enter. I am familiar with the rope off area but never across the front where they unhook to let you enter. After entering, I was asked to go back, stand on a square carpet and look at the camera. I asked why. The security guy said everyone had to do it and he didn't know why. I didn't stick around to see if others were told to do the same. I purchased what I came to get and left. I am not sure why I was picked for the face recognition photo shoot but I won't ever go back to another Burlington. I have visited other stores and know this is not a policy for all stores nor the customers. As a former elected official for this community, I am very disappointed. This is not the type of business I want in my community. You can have security with humiliating your customers.

Banana Republic is situated fairly close to the middle of the outlets, so parking here and using it as a starting point made it easy to navigate our way around all the outlets. The store is well laid out, reminiscent to their other locations. It is well stocked, organized with pristine shelves and racks! Prices were solid here, especially for J. Crew. I ended up with a nice summer button-up and a new paid of socks. Day made! Overall, great J. Crew location that I will certainly be visiting again!
