Tradehome Shoes is a fairly new addition to the Cool Springs Galleria landscape, and is a small…read moreshoe store with a small vibe that carries big name brands you are used to. I popped in in search of loafers, but found they were more sneaker/sport shoe than anything. They had varieties of other styles such as work boots, boots, slip-ons and sandals, but not business-casual style loafers. Service was very friendly and welcoming. When I let the Associate know what I was after, he was honest with their selection, but still showed me what they had that might work for me. The store is small, but well stocked. Prices seem fair and in line with other shoe stores in the mall. The space was clean and easy to navigate as well. Overall, while I did not find what I was after, this spot is worth a stop by when wandering around the mall.

I'm not a huge fan of Ariat boots, but I do love their clothes, especially their blazers and jeans…read more I recently found out this Ariat Outlet store exists, and wow, the prices are incredible. I stopped by a few weeks ago looking for some new outfits for the upcoming Music City Rodeo, and let's just say I left with more than a few options. What I loved most was that they carry most of the sizes. A lot of outlet stores can be hit or miss when it comes to sizing, but that wasn't the case here. My only advice is not to go in a rush. Take your time looking through the racks because that's where the best finds are. A little patience can go a long way! Will definitely be back.

If you're active and travel often, this is a go-to spot for great casual clothing. The polos are…read moreincredibly comfortable and hold up really well on the road with no fuss, no wrinkles, just easy wear. The standout for me, though, are their pants. I bought one pair to test them out and after wearing them for a month, I came back and picked up one in every color. They're that good, and are worth the money. I even brought a friend along, and he ended up buying a pair to try for himself. What really impressed me was the service. They didn't have my friend's exact size in stock, but the team offered to handle alterations at no charge and ship the finished pair directly to him. That level of customer care is hard to find. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. All around, a great experience and a place I'll keep coming back to.

I'm no stranger to the LV brand, but this was my first visit to the Nashville location. They carry…read morethe same great stuff as other standalone LV stores, so to me the grading here is on the customer service/experience. We had a return item, so I guess that's a strike against me, but I just didn't get the same love-and-care that I'm used to when shopping at LV. Maybe I caught them on a bad day?

As a former LVMH manager I have to say this store lacks the customer service the company strives…read morefor and expects. During my work trip, I decided to make a to add to my collection and knew the exact items I was looking for. I was warmly greeted when I walked in but the associates working didn't seem to know their stock as they questioned me as if I didn't know the boots and 2 bags I was looking for. Once the associate realized that not only was I carrying the latest never full with a custom paint design from the Paris store , inside was also the matching monogram wallet, crossbody and scarf and looked down to see that my heels were also LV and suddenly the attitude changed. I said you can forget this sale, I will order through 866 Vuitton or call my store back home in Bal Harbour shops. Disappointed in this location and will ensure corporate is aware of the lack of service and knowledge these associates have . Terrible !

La Chique Boutique is in the old Nooks & Crannies* space…read more This store is suffering from an identity crisis; it's trying to be too many things to too many people. The good: Some very cute, on trend, under $100 dresses perfect for going out. Think thin fabric, short hemline, prints and solids, appealing to the 20 - 40 age group. Less than 5 of each style, so pretty exclusive. With the right styling, these dresses would be chic. Nice sales girls. They said "hello" and welcomed me into the store and offered assistance. The location. In the heart of Brentwood, doesn't get much easier. The bad (aka based on the style of clothes, these things are incongruous): The jewelry and accessories selection is the antithesis of chic. Really cheap looking, not even trying to be synthetic gemstones. I could go on about it, but, I don't want to be mean. The decor of the store it less sophisticated, more cutesy. If I'm buying a pretty, new dress at a boutique, I want to feel like I'm buying a pretty, new dress at a boutique... not a pink and polka-dotted pre-teen store. It's like trying to enjoy a nice steak dinner inside a fast food joint. The atmosphere of the store kind of detracts from the overall experience. Ultimately, the next time I'm home in Brentwood, if I have time, I will pop into the store to see what's new. *Oh yeah, I went there. I'm talking old school Brentwood. Anyone else remember Nooks & Crannies? Remember the big tree in the middle of the store?

August 6, 2026 I…read morewould not recommend this store based on my experience with the store manager, Marcos M. A couple of weeks before visiting the Nashville store, I called ahead because the patches on a backpack I purchased had become damaged during a wash. I explained the situation and specifically asked if I could bring the backpack in to have the patches removed and re-sewn. The employee I spoke with told me yes and said they did this all the time, so I made the trip to the store. When I arrived a couple of weeks later, I was greeted by the store manager, Marcos M., who immediately told me it was a "black and white" policy that he absolutely could not remove and re-sew the patches. I asked if I removed one of the patches myself, would he simply sew it back on. He replied that he would see the holes and still would not do it. I explained that I had specifically called ahead before making the trip and had been told this service could be done. Rather than trying to help, he mocked the situation by asking for the name of the employee I had spoken with, which of course I didn't have after a phone call made weeks earlier. I then showed him Stoney Clover Lane's own policy, which states: "If a patch comes off your Stoney Clover Lane item, you can re-sew the fallen patch and add a new one. Stoney Clover stores will sew patches on for a $15 customization fee, but they cannot accept mailed-in items." I asked what the difference was if I removed the damaged patch and paid the customization fee to have it sewn back on, since their own website indicates stores provide this service. Marcos responded that he was following his policy and said he trusted that over "something AI from the internet." I explained that I wasn't showing him something generated by AI--it was information directly from Stoney Clover Lane's own website. Even after seeing it, he still refused. He told me I would need to email corporate and that he would only perform the service if corporate specifically instructed him to do so in writing. Beyond the refusal itself, the interaction was disappointing because of how it was handled. Marcos appeared visibly frustrated throughout the conversation and was not friendly or interested in finding a solution. For a brand with premium-priced products, I expected a much higher level of customer service and professionalism. Overall, this experience left me disappointed, especially after calling ahead, confirming the service, and making a trip to the store based on the information I was given.
