I used to love Old Navy for a variety of reasons, especially their selection of shirts and jackets, but today's stores are always so disorganized, and it is overwhelming to get through...and this location is an example of just that. Service is also an issue at this location. Never staff on the floor and the registers back up very easily. Overall, I miss the Old Navy's of the past. If I find myself in this complex, I will pop by, but wouldn't go out of my way.

Not sure if they are supposed to match online but it's always worth it to ask! The Spring Hill store is much better imo. I'd drive to go to that location instead.

Everything about the store from the layout to the merchandise and pricing seemed standard to Old Navy. This isn't a bad thing, just noticeable. We popped in to browse as one does at Old Navy. The selection and prices were solid, we picked up a few t-shirts and a pair of shorts. The shelves and racks needed a bit of love, as the t-shirt shelves were in a bit of disarray, but again...that is on brand for ON if we are being honest! The store was well laid out, stocked well, clean and well lit. Service was okay. The cashier was friendly and efficient. Overall, solid Old Navy location. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit or to avoid.

We found several shirts and a pair of shoes that were well priced, so we left with more than we arrived with...per usual. My only issue with this location was the service, or lack thereof. There were three Associates congregated behind the counter the entire time we were in store. In addition to us, there were several other shoppers, and none of us interacted with staff unless we checked out or sought them out behind the register. Weird style of retail service... Overall, solid 3.5 experience due to service, but since we do not do half stars, 4 it is.

But congratulations to Columbia for fixing the problem. I purchased a jacket from Columbia as a Christmas gift for my wife. The jacket did not fit, so we returned it promptly. Columbia has now had the jacket back in their possession for over two weeks, yet my refund has still not been issued. When I contacted customer service, I was told the refund would be processed within seven days. That timeframe has passed. On a follow-up call, I was then told it could take 7-10 business days, which directly contradicts the original communication. When I called again, I was told to "check with my financial institution." I did not purchase the jacket from my bank, and I did not return it to my bank. I returned it to Columbia. This feels less like a processing delay and more like an unwillingness to issue a timely refund. Taking a customer's money immediately but holding both the product and the funds for weeks after a return is poor business practice. Based on this experience, I do not recommend doing business with Columbia. I plan to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

No luck on the jeans, unfortunately, but did find a couple pairs of shorts and a sweater that were all at a good price. Sadly the sweater was a no go once I got home (I didn't want to try it on as I was kind of wet from the aforementioned rain), but the store was very clean and the staff was not particularly present but pleasant at checkout.
