I have picked up two pair of new kicks from this location over the past few years...my office is right around the corner, so when I am trying to delay hitting the highway due to traffic, I sometimes swing by and that can be dangerous. Service is always solid. I have gotten great service in store, and as well when I called in to see if they had a particular style/size. We decided on one (a Haro) and even though it was above what I was looking to spend, the customer service on a cold call from someone random was top-notch. They even went out of their way to special order a white basket for the front of the bike and mounted it. My daughter has been riding it every day since we got it. Their bike tech Stephen was great on the phone when I described what she wanted in a basket. It's not cheap, but it's not outrageous, and the customer service I experienced was on another level. However, she had only worn them inside their store for 20 minutes while trying them on. So apparently you can't try on any shoes there because the store is dirty enough to make them used and void any possible return. Don't buy anything here. The sales team isn't train well enough to help you find shoes that will fit, everything is overpriced and the return policy is horrendous. Safe yourself the time, money, and frustration by never stepping foot in this store. I know I will.
