This was the Best Birthday BLAST ever!!! Visited The Falls and had taken a helicopter tour for my birthday. It was so cool, the staff was friendly and chill. The service was professional and courteous! I loved the ride around Niagara Falls, really beautiful from up top. Services was prohibited on the Canada side of the Falls, but what I seen looked fun!! What I liked the most about the trip was catching a few shots of rainbows around the Falls! This ride was AMAZING. I felt safe, the pilot was Great! I will be back to tour again.

Great Team and Amazing Experience !!!!! It would be great if the helicopter flight was closer to the falls ; but it was great.

a 10 minutes helicopter ride overlooking the magnificent Niagara Falls They do not take reservations and it is on first come first serve basis, usually not too busy, we waited 15 minutes for our ride which was reasonable they take cash and credit card, 110$ per person if paying with cash or 115$ if paying via credit card The staff were accommodating, assured our safety at all times, and helped us taking a lot of photos in front of the helicopter before and after the tour the helicopter accommodates 2 people next to the pilot at the front and 2 people in the back The views are breath taking, if you think u saw Niagara falls, wait until you see it from the sky it is a totally different perspective and an experience worth every penny

A must do when in the 716. You will never get better views of both Falls and in the end you'll be happy you went. Have gone a couple times and it never disappoints. Everyone who walked here is amazing and so nice. Don't hesitate!

Wow wow wow! I wish I could capture the wonder on my kids faces. Truly a unique, amazing and professional experience. Thank you, Rainbow Air!

I'll start of with the fact that I had a great time. The staff was very friendly, the pilot seemed very experienced and flew over all the right places. I think though all of this was to be expected at $10 a minute per person. The company works only on a first come first serve basis and at times the wait could be a little long, we waited about 45-55 minutes for our flight but I passed by there the next day and there was no line at all. The flight itself was fun with a great view out the large windows but a bit short, only 8-10 minutes long; never inquired if longer flights were available. Having said all that I think its a great experience and I would recommend doing it.

This is an average view as I did not have my Canon to shoot a good one.

Overall a good smooth ride and luckily we got in within few minutes as it was still 11 am. Views were just awesome. Nothing beats an aerial view of the falls. Mostly professional staff. Parking is available, so that's good. Call and confirm what time they close and if their business has plans of closing early that day; it will be very upsetting to leave without having a ride. Some suggestions: 1. Trip could have been at least 15 minutes as the 8 minutes we were in air felt like just few minutes. 2. They can hire a better cashier; she was very rude.

I walked up and saw Niagara Falls myself beforehand and let me just say that it doesn't do it justice standing along side of it.

I really like how the folks who organized the tour make it a point to talk to all the folks in the group to try and get to know where everyone is from and a little about the family. It felt personable and not like you're another body on their tour but that they genuinely want to know where their "guests " are from; not just another customer. I would recommend their tour to anyone looking to do one. Maid of the mist was the coolest experience! What a view of all the falls. Would recommend a camera with a handle of some sort. Horseshoe falls was windy and wet! I was worried about dropping my phone. A lot of people start pushing to get to the railing of the ship. Not everyone on the boat is from your tour group. We got on the boat and stood by the side rail of the boat to get the view. My son and I were standing there by ourselves and people start filling in. As you get close to the falls people push you out of the way to try and squeeze in to get their photo. We were literally pushed out of the way. Hence the reason I was worried about dropping my phone. Cave of the winds also an experience but not what I was expecting. Maybe I didn't do my research but, I thought it was something different. The staircase down to the falls was pretty cool, you really get a glimpse of how powerful the falls are. You're right up there next to the American fall, it was very wet and windy. I got a little nervous, if you drop anything, it's gone. Hard to take pictures with hurricane force winds and the amount of water coming at you. Definitely suggest a camera with some sort of a handle or something. Saw a certificate in a gift shop that said I survived the hurricane winds of cave of the winds...had I have known it was going to be what it was I might have chosen not to do this part of the tour. But at the same time it was a pretty cool experience. I have no regrets doing it, just wasn't expecting to get blasted and soaked by the falls!

When I presented my tickets, I was told that my tickets would not be honored and I would need to purchase new ones! The worst part is that the tickets I purchased by this scam company were $25 more! I paid this trash company almost twice as much! I booked them through Viator and Viator needs to do a better job of vetting their contractors. I have contacted my credit card company, disputing the charge! Do not use this company, at least for Niagara Falls Maid of the Mist boat ride.....go through Maid of the Midst directly!!!! Total disappointment with this company!

Wyndham Garden is close to the falls and has most of the amenities anyone could ask for in a hotel. In this age of Covid-19, they have taken steps to protect themselves and their customers and I found that to be very reassuring. The check-in process went very smoothly and I definitely felt welcomed. My room was clean and I appreciated having both a microwave and a mini refrigerator in my room. I also appreciated having my own thermostat because at night I don't like it to cold. I had the opportunity to dine in the restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Wyndham Garden has a pool and although I didn't get the chance to enjoy it, most customer's seemed to have enjoyed it. When I return, Wyndham Garden will definitely be my top choice. I highly recommend Wyndham Garden as it is close to the falls and other attractions.

The provide a poncho (way better than the cave of the winds poncho, if you are doing both, save this one), the poncho of course is to protect you from the water, because that is what poncho's do. You have two choices here. 1) You can stay on the bottom deck of the boat, and I hear you can remain fairly dry, but I cannot attest to that as, you are at Niagara Falls, you should be on the top deck, getting wet! 2) The Top deck, the Upper decker, they have some seating up here, and great views. The boat navigates so that all sides of the boat get equal views of the falls and get to experience the massive mist generated, no it's not raining on you it's the falls. So, don't be one of those pushing into people/groups to get your shot, be patient you will get your turn. Yes there will be people taking selfies for the entire duration or groupies (not sure what its called if its more than 1), Yes they will claim part of the deck for the entire trip, this is easy resolved with a gentle nudge as they enjoy a small quick journey overboard and get the VIP experience. Wait no, don't actually do that, just ask people to move and/or take a picture of you with the falls in the background. Everyone was friendly!

I mean there's also Cave of the Winds but that's a more intense experience. I decided to visit during late afternoon so there wasn't much of a crowd. They load the ships every 20 minutes or so as each trip takes about 20 minutes. Definitely wear waterproof clothing or clothing that easily dries if you can because from the knees down, it will get soaked and maybe the sleeves too. I put my phone into a waterproof bag to capture the ride and a good thing I did because otherwise it would've gotten drenched. Tickets can be pre-purchased online or day of. Check the hours before visiting as they change depending on the season. An elevator took me down to the bottom where I got my poncho and lined up to board the ship. Apparently these ponchos are thicker than the ones at Cave of the Winds (so the rumors say). I made sure to pull the hood on tight and secured it with the plastic strings and it definitely held up against the waterfall winds! I got a blue one when I visited but noticed the next day, they were handing out red ones (twinsies with the Canadian Hornblower). Top deck is the spot to be to get the best experience. The ship brings us by one of the falls that has a light mist blowing towards us with a gentle wind. Then as we got closer to Horseshoe Falls, boy could I feel the wind and mist blowing my poncho around. My sleeves, pants and shoes were drenched and the water was blowing so fast at me that I could barely see! It was actually so much fun to experience! How else can I get this close to the falls? Wearing sunglasses also helped to keep some of the water out of my eyes. The ship stayed there for quite a while before making a U turn to head back to land. It really felt like I was in the middle of a torrential downpour. Afterwards, take another elevator up to the observation deck to get another great view of the Niagara Falls. Honestly this was so much fun, I definitely want to try the Canadian version too next time! And maybe Cave of the Winds (on Goat Island).
