And to feel free to send any questions her way. Was sent an email label Frist time cruiser and was told she will follow later that day with another email. So of crouse we had more questions and I email her with those. Never heard back, Sent a follow up email that Monday as this was Friday. Nothing! Tuesday I called, the tone as to how she answered the phone made me cringe. I let her know I spoke to her Friday about a cruise and I sent emails? Jayne responded yes, I saw you emailed me a few times, have to had time to read them. Her tone was very unprofessional. To the point I asked her if she was, ok? I was told they were having issues with a Co Worker and was trying to figure out where all those clients were going. I had more questions and I was made aware to set up an appt to go over the rest. So I did. I felt like I was drawing straws to even have her talk to me. To the point I said, so do I need to call you for the appt, or will you call me? She said for me to call her at 10:30 am and if she didn't answer she would call me back. So, at the end of all this, again first-time cruse, long time member. Would have thought we would be a priority and a door in our face, this has left nothing but a bad experience. Thank you SOOOOO Much Jayne! Do BETTER IN LIFE!

Ken from Transit Towing arrived soon and he was great. He immediately realized the problem and worked to get my car up on the flatbed without any further damage.
