I had an order scheduled for pick up between 2-4PM. After the 4PM deadline passed, I sent them a text to see when they would be arriving and received no response. I proceeded to place nine follow up phone calls (all sent to voicemail, and eventually, they blocked me). This is after they processed my credit card payment. The machinery is broken and faulty you'd see 22 minutes wash come out in 46 minutes the floors are always riddled with dryer sheets and dirt! ......there is NEVER A ATTENDANT and don't even think about being able to use a bathroom this laundry is horrible read more

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDRY FOR PICKUP AND DROPOFF! THEY DONT CLEAN YOUR CLOTHES! I will NEVER use them again. I spent around $100 to get my clothes cleaned. Not permanent stains but dirty stains (I.e from my child's clothes). This LAST & FINALLY time! My clothes smell, feel and look like they weren't cleaned. The smell is horrible! The guy told me the only thing they didn't do was put drier sheets because I didn't request them! I NEVER REQUESTED THEM! So basically this is the reason my clothes don't smell fresh!? What's the reason they have stains? What's the reason why they don't even have that dryer clean feel? I recommended them to my hairstylist months ago and she no longer use them for her clothes. She said the same thing to them and to me about her clothes not being clean! It appears they are cutting corners and not either not using soap or using it a bare minimum. I literally feel like they put it in the washer then dryer as is... I asked for some of my money back and got ignored so this won't be the only place I post a review! DO NOT USE THEM! This place used to be good, but they're the worst now. Like some of the other reviewers, they ripped my laundry bag, and lost my other one. They called me on the day I was supposed to receive my laundry and said they could not arrive on the scheduled day because they had "too many deliveries" (that's not my problem, but they made it my problem). When they arrived the next day they were 20 minutes over the rescheduled window. After speaking to the manager several times, it is clear they do not care about their customers. The 1 Star is generous after my upset with them in November. I used this service from April 2013 thru November 2017. My last service was November after realizing how crappy their customer service has gotten. Firstly, they went to this automated system for you to call for pickups a couple of months prior. Then the primary staff I was used to dealing with was no longer around/available when I needed to speak with him. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I received my large order of clothes (mixed colors/whites/lights) with pink all over my clothing. When I called them to inquire what had happened, they tried to blame my detergent which I had sent along for them to use for washing. Ummm, if you wash colors separately, there would be no bleeding in lighter clothing. That's when I found out they "always" mixed colors and lights in the same wash load. WHO THE HELL DOES THAT?!? That's clearly a lie because I've sent my detergent before and NEVER had any issues with clothes bleeding. Three or so days later and no call from the person in charge and when I speak with another manager, it was "let us wash it again". Uhhh, if you let clothes get bled on, the bleed isn't coming out. No one have a crap about my plight and I'm out several pieces of clothing. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I haven't even gotten my clothes back and they already have lost my business. I set up the account and the apartment number got autocorrected to a different number. They called and problem solved. You would think. Then the delivery/pick up guy continues to give my wife an attitude. On the website it says that you can put laundry and dry cleaning in the same bag, just separate them. Which I am very used to because I have been sending my laundry out to get done for years. The driver makes my pregnant wife open the bags, pull out the dry cleaning(which was already separated) and find another bag to put it in. Then he complains to her about the how many bags she is giving him. You represent a business, a business that I am about to give a lot of money to, keep your complaints to yourself. So I get home and call to speak to a manger about the guys attitude and he starts off the conversation "well it was the customers fault because of xyz". I'm in the customer service business and these guys need a lot of help. I wasn't even looking for anything from them. I was just calling to let them know who is representing their business. The last thing he says before I hang up the phone is "well you don't have to give us your business". I hope that wasn't the owner and he reads his reviews. If it was the owner, you should definitely find somebody else to run your business for you. To make things worse, I got my laundry back and have to send it to be washed again. God knows how long it has been sitting in the bag still wet. This is a horrible company!!! read more

I just learned that they have another Yelp account under 247 Wash that has 3 bad reviews. You are being deceived! Whomever gave these people a raving review must NEVER EVER used their delivery service! I WISH I could give them ZERO stars because they offer HORRIBLE and HORRENDOUS customer service. My husband out the order through online, never mind that you don't even get to speak to someone, and it was a HUGE order. We got things from storage and all of our clothes were ruined. 3 large bags and dry cleaning so you would think they would offer great customer service to a first time person giving them such a large amount of business. I digress, apparently our apartment number was incorrect so the delivery driver calls and DOES NOT EVEN INTRODUCE himself, he demands I open the door and when I asked whom I was speaking to I was responded with a rude response. While on the phone with me be HE NEVER confirms the apartment number with me so he calls me while on my floor, mind you I have the door open for him so he can find me quickly. He proceeds to yell at me that I put the apartment number wrong and i tell him my door is open can't you hear me. He arrives and then makes me find an additional bag for my dry cleaning because apparently it needed to be separated even though on their website they clearly state that if it has to be in the same bag for it to have a clear divide between what need to be dry cleaned and the regular laundry. I show him the divide and I still had to separate it, I have a toddler and 10 month old so imagine the chaos. I wrote an email immediately to an email address sent to me in an email regarding my confirmation and did not receive a response...my subject line clearly stated I was upset. Then, my husband calls and somehow they blamed me and my husband for all that ensued and acted as if they were doing us a favor! I will NEVER use this service ever again. Your business has just lost themselves a weekly to bi-weekly customer! I will let everyone I know not to ever use your service. Hey Eddie, the owner, you lied in your bio. You said you pride yourself in excellent customer service. Please revise because you are NOT providing excellent customer service. I paid these people $30. for laundry service. The next day they try to charge my card 40.00 more I only give them 1 bag and a 2 comforter. Where in NYC do you pay $70. to do 1 bag of laundry. Never again they are a RIP off. read more

So I'm trying out a new laundry service since my old laundry service hung me out to dry, pun intended. I like these guys, easy to set up pick up and delivery and they are flexible about that as well. They're close to me so I'm not sure why Ive never heard of them but good thing I found them here on Yelp. They did a great job as far as how I received my clothing; folded perfectly, smelled good, intimates packed separately. Honestly my only quip is they lost my blanket lol that I love but since it is replaceable i just informed the owner and he was very gracious and paid me for my loss and made me whole again. He was very apologetic and even sent the money with a little note apologizing again, so I appreciated that. I'll definitely be using them again, they're convenient and considerate. I will itemize certain items from now on tho. Off to ikea to replace my blanket :) read more

I am that person who never gives reviews, but after today's experience, I've got to. I've been using these guys for about a year. Prior, I used another company, Wash Club, who were perfectly fine, but then I tried 24/7 wash. It's not just that they have the best prices, the service is great, and they do an amazing job on my clothes. But today, I got back the laundry that I sent out yesterday, and they did something extra awesome. I had accidentally tossed two dry-clean only blazers (one pretty expensive), into the laundry. Not only did they recognize and NOT wash them, they dry-cleaned them and didn't charge me. Delivered them back today, too! Who does that? I love these guys. I have been using these guys for over a year now and they are the best. My family's schedule is quite hectic so our laundry piles up fast. By the time I get to it I am completely overwhelmed by the mere sight of the mountains before me. I simply call Elmer and he sends someone to pick up the laundry (all the way at my home in Rockaway Beach). When we get it back the next day, it is sorted and folded so nicely that I often ask myself why I don't do this on a regular basis vs monthly!! Thank you for always taking good care of us! read more

I work long hours and don't really have time to do laundry for me, my hubby & son..My Mom's the one who told me about 24/7 wash.com, (aka Rainbow 2 Laundry) and they are a life saver! I had problems setting up the acct online, so instead I just called the number & requested a pickup time. They owner Eddie was very professional and polite.. They drivers were right on time..An hour or two later, I received a text greeting me, then telling me how much my laundry weighed, how much per pound, & what the total was. .75 cents per pound is great! They asked me how I'd like my laundry washed and asked me how I wanted them to my my 20month-old son's clothes as well.. They even were able to pick up & drop off all on the same day! A little pricier than advertised for pick-up & delivery service but worth it in a pinch. They did charge $5. per sheet & called it a blanket but, they charged the same $5. to wash & dry king size quilts & comforters so I guess it evened out. The laundry smells AMAZING & was folded to perfection! I thought I was missing a few items at first because of how well they were compactly folded. They also give free laundry bags with each delivery. I would recommend & use again. FYI, delivery guys name was Versace...how fancy! lol read more

We used Rainbow 2 exclusively for about six years and never had an issue...same day pickup/delivery...always ..if it couldn't be done, Eddie would always call us and arrange for early morning delivery...since the management changed unfortunately,their customer service has gone way downhill...our laundry was due yesterday and when we called, the answer was that they were too busy...it would be at our home before noon today...we called again to track it down and got asked how much did we intended to tip the laundry guy! Apparently, it's now mandatory to have laundry delivered with a pre-set gratuity with the new owner...rude, obnoxious and they just lost another account.. read more
