Receptionist could get them in at the same time with 3 different stylists. This was awesome for a busy mom. It was barely toned, and now my hair has orange and yellow spots throughout it, which looks nothing like the inspiration photo I showed before the appointment. Before the service even began, I specifically told the stylist that I had previously used Kristen Ess hair gloss on my hair, so she was fully aware of my hair history going into the appointment. Because of how upset I was, my mother contacted the owner to discuss the situation. When he called me, he said the only way I could receive a refund was if I came back in and let him fix it. I was not comfortable with that, since my hair had already been ruined by this salon. During the call, he then tried to blame the outcome on the fact that I had previously used Kristen Ess hair gloss, implying that the result was somehow my fault--even though I had already informed the stylist of that beforehand. That also does not explain the uneven haircut, streaky color placement, or the lack of proper toning. Overall, the way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional. My hair looks nothing like what I asked for, and instead of taking responsibility, the owner was dismissive and rude. I am very upset with both the service and how the situation was handled afterward. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.
