I thought I had taken into consideration all the necessary details, however, knowing his business, he brought to my attention several points to consider. For one, the drainage of the downspouts and where to direct the flow. Over the years, we had noticed the ground being quite wet around the house not really thinking too far past just that; wet ground not addressing the reason or the affects it was having. None of the other companies that gave me bids inquired of such, Only color, style, and type. We now have proper drainage around the home and the foundation that had been somewhat comprised by the continuously saturated ground is now stabilized and safe.
