Soft pretzel.
Kerry F.

Good laid back genuine service. Casual relaxed atmosphere. Cool old building with a great selection of beers and ciders on tap. We ordered the soft pretzel to share on site and took two sandwiches home with us. The pretzel was amazing ! Served with 3 tasty sauces. One was a marinara that tasted house made but I can't confirm that. Sandwiches came with a generous side of chips and quality lettuce/tomato. We found that they were tasty wrapped in foil and heated in the oven later in the evening. Prices were very fair/affordable. We'll definitely be back.

Good food and service. Wish they had a larger selection of food such as hambergers, fries, rubins and how about ice for cold drinks.

However, when my friend went to sign up the karaoke host, Sashia Hopkins, told my friend "You smell like shit, like McDonalds" then assaulted her by spraying her with an unknown substance. Not once was Sashia even concerned that my friend may have been allergic to perfume or worried that she may have caused humiliation to her by saying she "smelled like shit". Once she was informed of this being a form assault Sashia acted erratic and Unprofessional. Telling my group to "fuck off." Also that we, "all smell like shit". The bartender did her best to de-escalate Even with Sashia's adolescent immature behavior. Will not be back, also this place is dirty. If you're never going to clean anything, dim the lights. The demographic that comes to this watering hole is just as nasty as Sashia herself. Avoid at all cost; instead head to Bobs. The staff there are friendly and welcoming.

Four stars - good…read more We went here for lunch while staying out at Harstine Island. Because of the location, this is a popular spot for locals. It is an older establishment and has standard decor. They have a lot of seating to accommodate large parties. They have quite a variety of options on the menu. I decided to get the Reuben, and it was great. The fries were especially good, too. We will go here again!

The servers and waitresses sometimes come across like customer service isn't a priority, and it can be hard to get anyone's attention, without the two ladies serving acting like you're ruining their whole day asking for a refill. Not to s&#+ on the place, it actually use to be good for brunch and dinner, but Prices have definitely spiked, and unfortunately the quality of the food doesn't always match what you're paying for, or what you came expecting. Portions and consistency can vary, and overall I just don't come anymore unless it's to meet a family member as I live close. The outside view and backyard is the lake, and my family grew up on the lake, it's fun to fish and boat by there when the weather's nice! I added some nice pics, mabye my review will change in the future as I never rate a restaurant poorly, always truthful and take everything into consideration, and try to help others by explaining my experience as a local, and a use-to-be 2-3 times a week even if it was to sit at the bar snd pull some pull tabs. But yeah it's not what it was! There are some positives, but between the service issues, rising prices, and inconsistent food quality, it leaves a lot to be desired.

Starlight Lounge has gotten a complete facelift over the last couple of years and is such a vibe…read morenow! Definitely the spot to be for a game day or a casual meal with friends. I've been here in the past pre-renovation, and twice since the reno has happened. Service is always kind, but this last time it was a little slower with it being busy with a game. The menu is pretty extensive and on par with most sports bar food. We just needed a small bite and didn't want to order anything too crazy, so we just decided to split the Buffalo Mac N Cheese. It wasn't mindblowing, but it was tasty for a quick snack. The mac and cheese was pretty rich and was topped with buffalo chicken bites. Overall pretty decent. We stay at Little Creek a few times a year for dart tournaments and always appreciate the dining options. We always keep Starlight Lounge in our rotation!

So... I do not usually take the time to review ANYTHING unless it is horrible or simply amazing. I…read morefigure anyone can have an on or an off day. This doesn't seem to be one of those times and warrants a review... Nay... A WARNING. My wife and our friends decided to venture out to a new spot for the big Seahawk, Niner game. One of our friends had seen Starlight while at the casino before and raved about the large screen and number of TV'S. My wife and I showed up an hour before the game to secure a table for six. Keep in mind we had already inquired about reservations but they do not take them. That is when everything went sideways. The man, please note I intentionally did not say gentleman, behind the counter was extremely short and frankly rude from the jump. He never smiled or showed any personality and was clearly already annoyed with seemingly everyone. It was pretty busy but he eluded he had a table for our party. However he quickly stated everyone had to be there at the time to seat us. I can understand even though with the attitude he was giving it caused some frustration. We were able to get on a wait list and happened to be first with a party of six. My wife and I were able to be seated at a two top while we waited for the others to arrive. He told us "Take that table, now" fairly sternly. At the time I didn't really think it was anything more than urgency. Like.... You better snatch it up while available. However, In the full scope of the night I honestly feel that he was telling us to get out of his face. Again, he never smiled. So... There we sat quietly complaining about the guy when the GENTLEMAN sitting at the table next to us joined in. He had been there for quite some time holding down a table for him and his wife. He described an earlier event when the man had gathered all of the staff together to bark orders at them. He said it wasn't as much of a meeting to organize and plan as it was a declaration of "I'm in charge". He said it was very uncomfortable. The wait staff was a bit overwhelmed but still very nice. We had what I would describe as the floor manager, Denise, finally come over to get our drink order. She was very sweet and a bit frazzled with the atmosphere and lack of organization created by the "man in charge". Our friends arrived and stood around our two top. We watched table after table get filled up by the man at the front. Granted, many of them were technically four tops but there was not even an offer to seat the rest of the group. EVENTUALLY, a booth opened up and several eager parties erupted into action, trying to scramble for claim. A gentleman rushed across the bar hollering, "Is that my both, is that my booth", and proceeded to stake his claim. All the while we were inquiring with Denise who rushed to the front to remind the guy in charge that we were on the waiting list and would like to be seated there with a couple of extra chairs. Amazingly he agreed and kicked the other gentleman and his wife out of the booth and after some protest I believe out of the bar. OH! I forgot to mention that at one point my wife approached the man to mention our observation that he had been seating other people ahead of us. His response was to gesture toward her and state, "If you continue lipping off I will kick you out". I also forgot to mention that when we departed our two top we told the couple next to us that were at a standing only table that we were being seated elsewhere and they should grab our table. Once we were seated we watched the man go over to them and kick them out. He then proceeded to post up a guard on the table so no one else would try to take it. The guard stood at the empty table for around 15 minutes before someone was finally sat at it. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences and if we had been able to relocate before the game started we would gladly have done so. I assure you I will not return even though the wait staff were pleasant and the food was rather tasty. I had two orders of the bacon wrapped jalapenos throughout the game because they were so good. Bottom line... The horrible experience we and others had and the chaos of service was all due to one man. A man who was clearly a narcissist with a need to feel powerful. A man who seemed to find pleasure in barking orders and letting everyone know he was in charge. A man who's attempt at "leadership" created discord and chaos that could have been avoided. That man happened to have his name on the card at the front desk and has the nerve to call himself the "Director of Food and Beverage". That man is Walter Hahn. The tribe would do well to replace Walter or at the very least make sure he is NEVER again placed in a position to interact with their patrons. And with that... I'm out!
