Yes, there's a sign on the door that says "closed all holidays," but no one mentioned that when they promised a Tuesday pickup - no call, no message, nothing. I came back the next morning at 10:30 AM and was told to return at 1:30 PM. I stayed in town (since it's too far to go home), came back at 1:45 PM, and the door was locked with a "closed for lunch" sign saying they'd return at 2:45. When I returned, they told me it would be another 45 minutes. It's now 3:40 PM. I've spent hours waiting, missed my daughter's appointment, and even had to pay extra to reschedule. When I explained all this, I said at minimum they should take $15 off, since that's less than what it cost me to reschedule. Instead, they offered $10 off - and the manager, Art, said he wouldn't have even given me that and told me I could have left if I didn't want to wait. That level of disregard for a paying customer's time was disappointing and unprofessional The reason I didn't leave earlier was because of what I'd already seen and heard from other customers. The day before, an elderly man and woman were outside, surprised by the closure. They told me it was their fourth attempt to pick up their items and that they were now 30 days past their original pickup date. Then, today, while I waited, another couple came in to pick up their boots and a suitcase repair and said they were now one week past their promised date. A little later, a woman with a purse repair decided to leave with it unfinished after saying she'd already been waiting more than two weeks beyond her promised pickup.. To top it off, the whole shop smelled strongly of weed - so much that two other people mentioned it, and one woman literally stood outside because she couldn't stand the smell. I've never experienced such a mix of disorganization, disrespect, and lack of professionalism. This place doesn't value customers' time or respect, and from what I saw, this is a common pattern - not a one-time issue
