After about 20-30 min of browsing the living room furniture Eric Mastern asked if he could help us. He immediately showed us where the smaller sectionals are. We found two and then were back and forth on which one. We finally decided. He was patient, knowledgeable and professional. Made me give 5 stars because of him on my review. If he had not found us, my rating would have been 2. The store is very nice and good prices with sales. He also informed us of renting a pick up truck right there so we could bring it home ourselves. That is an excellent feature AFW has. We were packed up and ready in less than 20 min from purchase to their truck and driving it home. Thank you Eric!!!

We ordered a coffee table from them that had to be special ordered. We've had it less than two…read moremonths and noticed that the molding on the side of it was peeling away, so we attempted to file a warranty claim. First of all, you can only make claims via a web form, which we did, and included a picture of the issue. They stated they take up to 48 hours to reply, and they pretty much did that to the minute. They basically accused us of physically damaging it, mind you that was off a single picture we sent, and then informed us we would have to pay for the repair. Didn't offer to send anybody to check it out, or even offered to allow us to take her to the store for an assessment, they basically just tried to put the blame on us, when we did nothing to cause the damage. I've used other stores such as Bob's discount furniture, and when we had a warranty issue, they sent someone to our house, to not only verify the issue, but also make the repair. I could've purchased this table elsewhere, and based on this, I will in the future because they refused to stand behind the products they sell.

I thought the consignment shop looked interesting and since I love to shop in antique stores, I went in to see what they had in stock. I was not greeted for at least 10 minutes and when I did finally see an associate, a young man, I asked a question and was met with a rude answer, to which an older gentleman interjected and answered my question satisfactory. I left the store and returned 15 minutes later and was met by the young man again and he demanded rudely that I leave my lidded drink while I browsed the store. All this time he was carrying his own drink. I decided that I would take my business elsewhere. If I could rate my experience with no stars I would.
