I had a really great experience with Rahn Plumbing and would definitely recommend them! Robin was very nice and helpful when I called to schedule. My situation wasn't an emergency, but she was still able to get me in the very next day, which I really appreciated. She gave me a 9-11 a.m. arrival window for Paul and said he would likely arrive around 10. She also provided a quote based on the information I gave her. Paul showed up right at 10 a.m., and I received a call about 20 minutes beforehand letting me know he was on his way. Paul was fantastic. He was very friendly, personable, and easy to work with. He even liked my dog, which is always a plus! I showed him the area where we were having problems, and he got right to work. He cleared my main line and, while he was there, noticed a few other things that needed attention. He replaced a toilet fill valve, capped my refrigerator water line from the water heater, and replaced a busted valve. He was able to get a lot accomplished in about two hours, and I felt the price was very fair (matched the quote I was given) for the amount of work he did. They do charge a small credit card fee, but I had already seen that mentioned in other reviews, so I was prepared for it, and it was minimal. Overall, I really appreciated the responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of service. Robin made scheduling easy, Paul did a great job, and I felt like I got a lot accomplished in a relatively short amount of time. I would absolutely use Rahn Plumbing again and I will recommend them to others! read more

We will absolutely be using Rahn Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs going forward! Finding a plumber can be such a pain, but Paul and his wife make it all such a breeze! They quoted us fairly and the install/fix went smoothly without any issue. I would recommend this company to anyone! This is the kind of business whose business card you'll want to hold onto! read more

Had a plumber come out tonight, he was here 3.5 hrs and I was charged $630 at $180/hr. But when charged $50 for using his electric drain cleaner I thought that was a bit of a scam. A plumber charging extra for using tools of the trade? So he said it was a total of $740, when I questioned him THEN he told me there was a extra charge for using a credit card. But by check it would be $680. Very sneaky and not so honest. Please ask up front for all hidden fees. By the way the shower drain is still clogged. read more

Paul is the absolute best plumber I have ever dealt with. Although I'm sad to say I'm leaving the area, I have used his services for years at my home, which had many plumbing issues over the years. He is highly experienced, honest, clean and knowledgeable. His prices are absolutely fair for the quality work you get. His wife answers the phones and handles the company business and she is equally as pleasant. Hire this awesome family business. Thanks, Paul! read more

I called at a little before noon and Paul was at my house by 1. My water heater was on its last gasp and was starting to leak. Paul quickly started evacuating the water from the tank, then installed a new water heater. By 4 pm, the crisis had been averted. The price charged was quite fair, considering how many times lately I have had sticker shock over the cost of everything. Paul was very pleasant, befriended my dog, and did a great job. I highly recommend Rahn Plumbing! read more

I requested a quote through Yelp for a possible clogged main line. Paul responded within the hour and was at our house the same afternoon. We decided to snake the line. As we have been wanting to replace the toilet as well, we scheduled a time 2 days later for both jobs to occur. I highly recommend Paul! He is responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and his prices are reasonable. Thank you Paul! read more

I highly recommend this plumbing company! Paul was very friendly and knowledgeable and allowed us to ask him a million questions while he was fixing our water heater. The fix was very simple, but before we knew that he said he was willing to try to extend the life of our 20+ year old water heater until our kitchen remodel. I will definitely be using Paul and his company for our future remodel and replacing our water heater. read more

After reading other reviews, used Rahn Plumbing to fix plumbing issues with a home I had just purchased. Paul was awesome, showed up on time, was personable, and fixed all issues for a reasonable price. Since that day, I have another issue pop up and Paul came right out and fixed it too. His wife, Robin, is his scheduler and they are both super nice and accommodating. I highly recommend them for plumbing needs. read more

Best plumbing experience ever! Came out same day and resolved our issue. We will use Rahn plumbing again!

Paul from Rahn Plumbing provided excellent customer service. He had the most reasonable trip charge than 3 other companies I contacted. Ok t

Paul and his office was very professional and quick to respond to what was potentially a really stressful situation for my parent's home . We had a busy schedule and he was able to work around it and got our brand new water heater installed quickly. His detailed estimate suggested the work he was going to go and he did exactly what he said he would! Didn't bother shopping around with his great service and responsiveness to questions. We will keep as our plumber and refer to anyone in the area who need one! Thank you! read more

Within a short time he had it back up and running with some tips to avoid the issue in the future and I paid way less than I thought (which was also accurately quoted to me on the phone!) Definitely beyond my expectations and I'll be calling them again for any plumbing issues I have down the road. read more

Great experience! Was very professional and honest about what was needed. I was having problems with toilet and bathtub plumbing. Made necessary repairs and recommended that I get a new toilet without any pressure tactics. I informed him that I was not able to afford it at the time but he gave me 90 day quote. Who does that? He did! I really don't like someone pressuring me and he did not. Great service, affordable prices and personable. What more could you want? He is now my plumber. read more

Incredible experience and very reasonable. Replaced two washing machine faucets that were in need of repair. We also upgraded a laundry utility tub faucet as well which required some finesse to get installed. Paul was very careful about needed cuts into our drywall and advised us what the end result would look like prior to starting. Very very pleased and without question will call him again if we need future work. read more

I called Rahn because of the star rating. I got the wife who called her husband on the job. He said he couldn't do it till next week, but he'd call me Sat morning between 9 and 11. He didn't. I called his wife at 2 pm and left message asking if he was going to take the job. No reply. I have the camper toilet but cant empty the holding tanks to the septic once they're full, and a half bath in the rear trailer whose 4 in sewer pipe travels separately to the septic tank. My wife's mother with Alzheimer's turned 89 this weekend is using a hospital bed pan chair we had in storage. My wife and I are disabled. I just turned 75 and have had several back and neck fusions, several shoulder repairs, the last injury with a total replacement, several hand surgeries, etc. I worked for Verizon as a repairman for 34 years. I can build you a house with my skills. I've owned huge Victorian homes and know my plumbing. But I trouble shot this sewer problem and swallowed my pride and called for help. I had to do it myself. I dug and followed the line from the house to the septic tank, through 3 inches of soil and another 8 inches of lime rock. It took me all of Sunday with some rest brakes. I found the damaged , clogged elbow in the run. I finished this afternoon, now I have to fill the trench, take my pain medication and muscle relaxers and call it a day. Not even a courtesy call to say he didn't want the job. As an aging American citizen and a U.S Navy Veteran I am offended. I've never taken disrespect from anyone and I sure as hell am not in the market to take disrespect from this business. read more

I will Never use another plumbing company! Outstanding service from the time you call until the work is completed. Highly professional

Great company, reliable, responsible, & great customer service!! Paul is the best !!

I contacted Rahn's in the morning and spoke to Paul's wife regarding replacing a water heater. She advised that Paul had an opening in the afternoon or the next day in the morning. She quoted me an estimate over the phone which was in line with what I had been told by other plumbing companies. I scheduled the service the same day for a time window of 2:00pm to 5:00pm. Paul contacted me via phone when he was fifteen minutes away. He arrived at 1:50pm. He was friendly, answered all of my questions and got to work. The job was finished within a couple of hours without any issues. I was very pleased with the experience. This a two person local company- something I like to support in my community as opposed to the commission driven big plumbing companies. I will definitely be using Rahn's for any future plumbing needs. read more
