Well...let me tell you that my already low expectations were sadly met with an even lower…read moreexperience. I purchased what was a mid-level wash at $100. That service was fine, it's the CRACKED WINDSHIELD that I take issue with and reason for the review. I came in and stayed on premises for the ~25mins it took to wash the car. I was called to pull out and made it about a mile away when I noticed a huge vertical crack about the length of a dollar bill on the driver side of the windshield. It only took me that long to notice it, and no, it wasn't there before. When I pulled over to inspect, I also saw another crack on the passenger side, horizontally. I also saw there were two nearly identically placed and sized and impact marks where these cracks derived. This wasn't two well timed rock chips. There were also small glass pieces still in the impact areas. I immediately called the car wash and told them what I noticed. They told me to come down to inspect and speak to the manager. I went and showed the manager and asked to review the footage of me entering (we both agreed we couldn't see a visible crack). I told him this looked like an equipment issue due to the placement of the impact areas but conveniently there are no cameras in the exterior washing machine area. Additionally the camera that shows exiting the tunnel was a terrible angle and also weren't able to see much. We could only watch the detailing work from the rear bc again...the one camera that would have had the best angle was conveniently not working and was "damaged". At this point it was clear the manager wanted to be of no help nor accountability so I filed a claim with him and was told that "someone from corporate" would be reaching out. The manager was pretty dry about the situation and I didn't ask but I was disappointed I left there with only a copy of a one sentence report/claim and no contact information, no offer for a refund, nothing. I was told I'd hear from someone by Monday "since it was mid-day Friday" and it's now over a week later and I've heard squat. As I said, the wash was fine and the one other time I've gone there I found bug guts, bird poop & half amoral'd sections still on my car. Nothing that was worth making a stink over but just not impressive for $100. Shame on me for returning out of desperation and time constraints...boy did I pay the price. I caution future customers that may go and have an issue that it's handled well. I'm now in search of a good mobile detailing service if you know of any.

As a loyal customer I expected more from them but alas I learned the hard way. As soon as I got home I saw the dent and instead of going back I let my husband go back in the morning. He went in and spoke to the manager on duty who knew me and remembers me coming in the day before, he even tells my husband he helped me ! He was so honest and forth coming, he furnished us with all the photos of before and after.... He agreed with my husband that my car was damaged while in the car wash.... There was an oversized truck behind my car that must have rolled into it . My husband left there optimistic that our car would be fixed and they would pay for it. Well the next day the owner called my husband and told him to basically kick rocks.... That we could not prove anything and good luck with our claim! We filed with our insurance and filed a police report as well. I paid my $500 deductible and my car was repaired. They did $3700 dollars worth of damage, the entire lift gate had to be replaced! If this is how they treat loyal pass holding customers ? Benicia beware !!!!!!!

I added one roommate for $20/month, same Platinum wash, at much reduced cost. I then explained to my other roommate & offered him the same. So, we are going to all three try it for one month & I will reevaluate. If I'm paying about $90/month & we each wash 4x month, it would be a fair price, in my opinion. More or less, one dollar per day, per person. The cost of one wash is $28, if purchased one wash. Also, the team working there are friendly & smile. Brianna was the young person who helped us, over the past few days. She's great, but also her boss, Jason?, he sets the tone & is friendly & seems like a cool place to work.

Following just one wash, I began noticing small spots and marks across the vehicle's paint that I am confident were not present beforehand. The car is relatively new, and the paint and finish were in excellent condition prior to using this facility. I have used other car wash services in the past without encountering similar issues, which made this experience particularly disappointing. I contacted the business to express my concerns, and although they invited me to return for an inspection, I was ultimately informed that there was little they could do regarding the matter. I understand that unforeseen issues can occasionally occur; however, as someone who takes great care in maintaining my vehicle, it was frustrating to observe noticeable changes to the finish immediately after the wash. I will be including photos so that others may evaluate the situation for themselves before deciding to use this car wash, particularly those with newer vehicles or individuals who are especially attentive to preserving their paint and clear coat.

Picture this: my three-year-old, nonverbal autistic son decided the inside of my truck was the perfect place to conduct a scientific experiment involving baby formula. The formula won. It was everywhere. I rushed over in full parent-survival mode, only to realize I didn't have the right payment method for the vacuum--just Apple Pay. Instead of shrugging me off, the staff immediately stepped in with kindness, patience, and genuine empathy. They worked with me through the chaos without making me feel embarrassed or rushed. In a world where great customer service seems to be disappearing, this team reminded me that there are still amazing people who truly care. They went above and beyond to help a stressed-out parent, and they turned what could have been a frustrating day into one that restored my faith in humanity (and saved my truck from permanently smelling like a dairy farm). The facility was clean, the service was fast, and every employee I interacted with was professional, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. Thank you, Seven Flags Car Wash, for treating customers like people instead of transactions. You've earned a customer for life, and I'll be recommending you to everyone I know. If you're looking for outstanding customer service, this is the place. Hopefully your visit won't involve a formula explosion--but if it does, you're in the best hands! This happened an hour ago. When I got home, I saw that the exterior and interior windows were dirty, smeared and linty. I noticed that the male attendants were not using clean towels and window spray, and I should have questioned them and inspected the job much closer before leaving.

(2/5 Stars) Future…read morecustomers: always inspect your car before you leave. My experience was disappointing. The staff seemed more focused on rushing through vehicles and collecting tips than on providing the quality cleaning and detailing they advertise. When I got my car back, the seats were not cleaned and passenger seat was still sticky, the interior had not been vacuumed properly, the center console was still dirty, leaves were left in the vehicle, and there was even bird droppings still on the roof, or tree sap, along with bugs still stuck on my grill. I had to repeatedly point out areas that had been missed and ask for them to be cleaned again. What was most frustrating was the response. When I asked for these issues to be corrected, several employees just stood around looking at me. Nobody seemed interested in taking ownership of the problem or fixing it. Eventually, I spoke with the manager, who was very quick to offer a refund. But that wasn't the point. I wasn't looking for my money back--I wanted the service that was advertised and that I had paid for. By offering money back was an infication they didnt care. I just wanted the service I paid for. Another issue is that they applied Armorall to parts of my vehicle without asking and without clearly advertising that they use it. Many car owners prefer to know exactly what products are being used on their vehicles and should be given that choice. Armorall was not mentioned or advertised. If you're in a hurry and just want a quick wash, this place may be adequate. But if you're expecting the attention to detail, quality, and professionalism they advertise, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Two stars because the manager at least offered a refund, I took a redo rather than a refund and paid a hefty tip at the end, but the actual quality of the work fell well short of expectations.
