Raging Creek is definitely worth visiting. We are local, and come here often. The owner Caroline uses veggies from local farms when possible and has some really great specials that change weekly. Everything on the menu is good here. Breakfast is simple, but solid. Fresh homemade Biscuits and gravy, breakfast burritos, potatoes, and breakfast sandwiches. You can't go wrong. Lunch and dinner are definitely a win. The burgers are all grass-fed beef, and really good. I really like the Slayer burger. The salads, and veggie bowls are all good too. The fries are also great. They have great local beers, and cider on tap as well, and they serve it by the pitcher if you want. Service is always solid. The people who work here are awesome. read more

Raging Creek is surprisingly great. In a tiny town with few options, this place doesn't cut corners. Quality ingredients made with love. The menu has lots of classics (grass fed burgers, salads, hot sandwiches and really good smoothies!) but make sure to ask about the specials. They have a good selection of local beers on tap (tip: order a pitcher!). When available, the breakfast menu is spectacular as well (the best breakfast burritos, biscuits and gravy!). Not much to choose from, but this place was pretty good. It's a hot day so the swamp cooler wasn't working well and it was oddly warm inside. Got a western burger which was good and a ham panni sandwich which was also good. Chili cheese fries... nope, don't get those! Fries under fried, chili and cheese were from a can I'm sure. Where to begin - stopped in for a beer at 1:30p, had to wait for 4-5 minutes - no customers just hearing personal chitchat in the back - young woman comes out eating something and continuing to eat bites-but we got our drinks..so we let it go. Called back and waited for the message to give me the only option it offers - press 1 for cashier. That leads you to a mailbox for a number that's unavailable. I tried to call one more time, pressed 1- this is at 6:50p- woman says we are not taking orders because we are backed up and closing soon. I said that she may want to make the manager aware that I've been trying to order but I'm unable to online or via phone and they are likely missing business. Stopped in here for lunch after being let down about theBigfoot medium. This is a small dinky spot, kinda dingy but the lady behind the counter, Justine, was great. We both got the Buffalo Burger wit tater tots and it was very good. The atmosphere is get it, eat it and get gone. Nothing fancy but great service and a get it by atmosphere. If David Lynch were to have placed a burger joint and populated it with characters for his series 'Twin Peaks', this would be the place. The hamburgers were a "damn fine handful of burger" - perfectly seasoned and grilled on a fresh bun, lettuce and tomato slice. The "damn fine mug of beer" was served ice cold in in a frosty mug. Onion rings were a bit overdone and if you want ranch, cough up an extra fifty cents... but if you leave a nice tip, the dip is included. My wife's berry milkshake was 'just OK'. Stick with the beer. The place itself appeared to have been built of stained sheets of plywood, reminiscent of the logging of this area. Simple, rough and unassuming. The young lady at the counter might have been the friendly sister of the character Shelly Johnson. Mr. Lynch's character "Gordon Cole" was obviously the person yelling into his cell phone explaining to the person on the other end why he didn't do whatever it was he was supposed to do but promising many times he'd do it (note, do not drink to excess and use phone). It did provide amusement and fit in with the Twin Peaks experience of this place. Sorry, no Log Lady present... at least not on our visit. Ordered a burger, two fries and 3 ranches. At the end of my order I asked to clarify she charged me for the 3 ranches. When I received my order there was only two. I asked for the third, she told me that it would be with the fries which it wasn't. She started having the biggest attitude I've ever seen from a customer service worker, rolling her eyes and trying to defend not simply giving me my third ranch. I asked for my 3rd ranch, the cashier said "oh it will be 50 cents" I told her I already paid, and clarified twice that she got down my 3 ranches. This cashier made the biggest deal out of it. Gave me so much attitude for her skrew up. Rolled her eyes at me for a solid 2 minutes instead of just grabbing my third ranch. On Saturday 6/19, we came here to eat lunch between 12:30 and 1pm with family. Two of our family members are vegetarian and ordered vegetarian style burgers. After the first bite it was discovered that it was a meat burger. The young women at the front who had taken the order said it was a Beyond Burger. She returned and said in fact it was a real beef hamburger. We asked for a refund and she refused to give one. At this point we had been there for 40 minutes and didn't want to wait any longer. Again we tried to get our money back. We only got a third of it because our local family member knows the owner. The young woman at the front had earlier talked about how hung over she was to another customer and was overall not thrilled about being at her job. Unfortunately many people need work. This young woman is lucky to have a job. If I were her boss she would not be there as she has lost four customers. read more

I gave this restaurant a great rating when it first opened but we won't be eating there again. There's no quality control, and we have been disappointed several times now. The food is always slopped together, and I wouldn't recommend asking for a specific time for your food to be ready because they clearly don't pay attention to the time and your order sits around steaming away until the bun and fries are so soggy it's inedible. The fries weren't even crispy to begin with. It's like they blanched them in oil they were so underdone. Also could I get more than one piece of bacon on my club? There's absolutely no consistency whatsoever and they seem to have a hard time keeping track of online orders. Despite the business encouraging me to order online, the cashiers seem to prefer phone orders for some weird reason. Finally why did you get rid of milkshakes almost immediately after you opened but you serve smoothies? Seems odd. I don't want a smoothie with my burger. I want a shake. Oh well I really wanted to support this restaurant but I can't continue to waste my money on bad food. It's really a 4.5 rating, but they do make a better burger here! We were pleasantly surprised by this small town joint. It was clean and uncrowded. Broad (though not too descriptive) menu. We had Hawaiian burger and teriyaki chicken PLUS a full bowl of water provided for the dog, so we all enjoyed our meal! One basket of fries served us both, and the dog! This is the old Mtn. Annies. Next to Rays and the old Flame Rest. Slower than molasses. We waited one hour for our food. We saw only one waitress taking our order, delivering our food and handing out drinks. I hate to complain. But, this was the longest wait for two fish tacos and a burger with fries that I have ever experienced. Everybody who purchased food were looking at their watches every fifteen minutes. Delicious Mushroom and Swiss burger, the meat is quality which is absolutely import and this is why we came back a second time and don't mind at all the almost $10 price per hamburger, the tater tots are nice as well not greasy. With local grass fed beef you won't find a better burger for at least 100 miles. Being small and locally owned it has that small town charm to it. They serve malts, shakes, splits and just about anything you could want on a hot summer day.
