He is very hard to groom since…read morehaving a traumatic experience at a groomer years ago and have had to be put to sleep at a vet to get cut. That experience for him will be no more! We explained to Lisa about his past and even explained that we had been asked to not bring him back by other groomers due to his aggression and how we like his hair to be cut and she agreed to do him. She spent way longer then she had to to make sure he was as relaxed as possible and did the best job we've seen yet. We are so excited that she will come to our house to take care of him. Her rates are very fair given the time she spends and the job she does. If you have a fur-baby that needs any type of service you have to give her a call!! We love her and she is our last groomer ever.

At this point, I have requested a refund. They still have not replied to me, but they are posting on Instagram and social media about how they are getting back to their customers, which I am having trouble believing. Extremely disappointed because I've heard nothing but good things, but they have not responded once and I feel like I got ripped off. Definitely not a good feeling! Extremely poor customer service.
