We went back the next morning and they DID fix his haircut for us which I appreciate, but the fact they are underestimating the injury caused by them to our dog is NOT OKAY (also would like to add that he is a very calm well manored dog) My husband called for a refund as we now possibly need to take our dog to the vet for antibiotics and to have it checked out, it keeps opening up and bleeding all over the house since it is on his foot, and it obviously will end up costing us money out of our pocket now for vet fees and medication. The lady he spoke with the first time because the owner was out for the day, told us to "go get neosporin and a bandaid it's just a little scratch" then someone called back and offered a refund for half of what we paid (not including the generous tip we gave before we realized what really happened). Bella is just a 4 month old puppy when we got her and you couldn't see her eyes so when we went to her 1st Groomer they terrified her!
