It was an incredibly difficult day, but the team from Sweet Dreams made it as peaceful and gentle as possible. From the moment they arrived, they treated Oliver -- and me -- with such compassion and respect. They explained each step with care and gave us all the time we needed. Oliver passed calmly, at home, in his favorite spot, surrounded by love. I'm deeply grateful for their kindness and professionalism. It takes a special kind of heart to do what they do, and Sweet Dreams truly has it. They helped turn one of the hardest moments into a peaceful farewell, and I'll always be thankful for that.

We'll sure miss our fur-baby but it's best she didn't suffer needlessly. Our beloved Sweetheart had responded well to medications but her kidneys failed this past weekend. She was 16 years and 7 months old. Treatment with IVs would have been stressful, may not have helped, and her kidneys would have failed again. Sweet Dreams has designed a Memorial Garden where Sweetheart's ashes will be scattered for future visitations. They now have their own cremation facility.

We had to euthanize our 17 year old cat today, and have been dreading this day for years. We needed a compassionate vet, and I'm so grateful I found Dr. Allen. She was so incredibly kind and we could tell she genuinely cared and felt for us. She guided us step by step through the process, gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye and made sure we were ready for each step. We'd initially scheduled her for 4 pm, and our fur baby started declining fast the night before. She rearranged her morning appointments so she could come earlier, and at the time we requested. That meant so much to us, especially since we're a new client - she didn't even know us. Her paw print box is the sweetest keepsake and we appreciated the beautiful basket she carried our baby out in. It had a blanket to cover him which almost felt like a burial. Euthanasia feels impossibly heavy, awful, and sad. We discovered today that choosing the right vet is so, so important. We'll never call anyone but Dr. Allen.

More recently, Dr. Byas has cared for my cat Sticky Butt (stickyb). Stickyb has been ill with hyperthyroidism and has arthritis of his hip. Stickyb's medical issues are now under control and he is back to his old self again. I would recommend Dr. Byas to any of my family, friends or collegues. He is an extremely compassionate and caring veterinarian as well as a person as a whole. Worst vet I've been to they don't know what they're doing at all and only care about money I took…read moremy puppy here when he was sick they saw his gums were white and instead of telling me to take him to urgent care they gave him a whole bunch of medicine that didn't help and when I called again later in the day they said and I quote "don't worry about it he will be better in the morning" not even 3 hrs later my puppy passed away.. the only reason ik this is bc I recently got a new puppy & the vet I'm taking him now wouldn't give him half of the medicine this vet gave my last puppy they were the same weight and they had the audacity to send me a dumb card and took about $500 from me WORST VET EVER honestly I should have took legal Measure but it's to late now but I do want to warn everyone about this place don't come here
