They immediately charged me $474 for the service and keepsakes they were going to provide. The following day - the morning of the appointment - they texted me saying they had to cancel the appointment "for licensing issues." Are you kidding me??? They offered an apology and started to provide names of other services I could book with - all while my pooch was suffering. I declined since I can also Google companies - that's how I found them. So far, 6 days later, and I have yet to receive a refund for a service they couldn't provide. At least the other company we used had some empathy and waited until after the appointment to charge me. Do NOT use this company unless you call and verify thy have a licensed vet in your area capable of following through.

She was 16 years and 7 months old. Treatment with IVs would have been stressful, may not have helped, and her kidneys would have failed again. Sweet Dreams has designed a Memorial Garden where Sweetheart's ashes will be scattered for future visitations. They now have their own cremation facility.

We had to euthanize our 17 year old cat today, and have been dreading this day for years. We needed a compassionate vet, and I'm so grateful I found Dr. Allen. She was so incredibly kind and we could tell she genuinely cared and felt for us. She guided us step by step through the process, gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye and made sure we were ready for each step. We'd initially scheduled her for 4 pm, and our fur baby started declining fast the night before. She rearranged her morning appointments so she could come earlier, and at the time we requested. That meant so much to us, especially since we're a new client - she didn't even know us. Her paw print box is the sweetest keepsake and we appreciated the beautiful basket she carried our baby out in. It had a blanket to cover him which almost felt like a burial. Euthanasia feels impossibly heavy, awful, and sad. We discovered today that choosing the right vet is so, so important. We'll never call anyone but Dr. Allen.

I called and they offered a sweater to cover their chopped up hair cut in 80 degree weather. Not a refund or half of the money. I'm not the person that will complain often. In the weeks before our older dog had to be euthanized, they were particularly super. Our new dog is high-energy, and she loves to go spend time with all her friends. Regular nail trimming is great for us, particularly her front paws. They offer bathing and grooming, but we don't particularly care for the perfumed scent of their standard shampoo, and our dog doesn't shed much. They're also very good about hygiene and cleanliness, requiring documented 6-month Bordetella ("Kennel cough") vaccinations. We've never had issues with the front desk staff and management, but we pay promptly and follow the rules, these days haters will be haters.
