It took me a while to write this , my 16 year old spicy old man Lucas crossed the rainbow in June . I just wanted to acknowledge Shawn and Dr Erin who made this experience a very intimate and meaningful one . The care and concern and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Thank you very much for your help ! You are angels ! I appreciate the kind follow up card too

They are an amazing and caring group. We scheduled short notice on a Sunday afternoon and they quickly came to our house.  Shawn and Dr Williams were very compassionate during this time - they gave us all the time we needed. The process was very peaceful. They took Blitz from our home on their bed, blanket and pillow. They even texted us a rainbow that appeared while they were leaving! Days later Shawn personally delivered Blitz back to us in a very nice box with a paw print cast and a nice document. It made this difficult time much more peaceful for us. We can't thank them enough!

Sadly we had to use this service, but were fortunate to find Shawn & Dr. Erin. Their kindness helped us during a very sad time.

There has been a name change, to Pet Meadow. My soul cat died Monday night. Tuesday morning I took her in for services. I was a wreck. As I have for the previous pets I have taken there I asked for individual cremation, and a lock of her fur. Today, Friday morning, I called because it has never taken more than 2 days. I was told she was in "packaging". PACKAGING. I have now picked up cremains. I don't say " her cremains" because when we got home and I opened her package there was no pet tracker 360 token attached to the bag as there has been for every other pet. I do not for a minute believe these are my pet's ashes. There was also no hair clipping. This entire experience was awful, and instead of peaceful, loving closure I am traumatized. Please do not take your beloved pets here.

I took the kitty in and was treated with compassion and caring, so much so it almost felt like a funeral home making arrangements. When our 15 year old inside tabby passed we did not hesitate to use their services again. We had Dr M.G. McReynolds (who I had used back in the 00s) come for an in-home visit and she handled the transport of our baby to Heavenly Paws. We got a call from them upon her arrival that he had arrived and was being taken care of. Can't recommend them, as well as Dr McReynolds, enough.

The pricing is reasonable and very clear on the website, and they explain everything that you get with the selected package. There were also options on the form to order extra memorabilia (additional cost) on top of what you already get. She told us it would take 1-2 weeks, and we got a call back asking us to pick up about a week and a half after we dropped her off. The place was extremely clean, the staff is amazing, and the service they provide is astounding. The location is a bit strange, as it's in an office park, but the environment inside is immediately warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in. Don't let the initial outside looks fool you. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone who has lost their beloved pet and is going through many difficult emotions. The staff will handle it gracefully and treat you with the utmost respect.

Each time I uncontrollably sob on the phone but they're always so kind and patient, they're also great with communicating when pick up/drop off will be. One time I had a pet euthanized and they picked my precious Bandit up from the vet's office in McDonough and this time I had my cat pass away outside my home. Kevin came and was very kind and took away my precious Mittens. It takes roughly 2-3 days for them to cremate my fur baby but that could be because I live a good distance away on the south side of Atlanta. These are the best people! They gave me the urn, a paw print on the certificate and a fur sample! They also have a few other add ones like a cement paw print or a fancy urn. I will definitely be using them again when I have another pet pass away.

Jeff walked us through the entire process and his attention to detail was beyond incredible. We left there with our beloved Bella and her paw print clay casting perfectly prepared and we were emotionally 180 degrees from where we were when we arrived. Thanks again the Jeff and his incredible team. We will be eternally grateful. Quinn and Karla
