They immediately charged me $474 for the service and keepsakes they were going to provide. The following day - the morning of the appointment - they texted me saying they had to cancel the appointment "for licensing issues." Are you kidding me??? They offered an apology and started to provide names of other services I could book with - all while my pooch was suffering. I declined since I can also Google companies - that's how I found them. So far, 6 days later, and I have yet to receive a refund for a service they couldn't provide. At least the other company we used had some empathy and waited until after the appointment to charge me.
