Gotta write another review, I'd give more than 5 stars if possible. Last month I had Rafael's remove two very large fan palm trees from a small area behind my pool that needed extra precautions. I was so impressed I had them come back out to trim and clean up 23 queen palm trees which had grown taller than I can handle. Once again they arrived on time, were organized and fast. There were 7 or 8 guys and Rafael was there keeping an eye on the job. It was like an assembly line, everyone had a job and no one sat around. They finished 23 palm trees in less than three hours, shredded all the branches and large pods that were getting ready to open up and cleaned up after themselves leaving no sign they were even here. I was very impressed with Rafael's Tree Service. He said they'd be there at 7:30 and at exactly 7:30 they were pulling up in front of my home. I had several issues to be taken care of: Cut several trees away from the roof of my home, remove one dead redwood tree, remove and stump grind one dying Tulip tree, thin out and remove dead branches from 200+ year old oak tree, cut back PodoCarpus tree, and thin out three camphor trees.
