I especially, love Francis and Yadira they're very talkative and friendly. Yadira is the kindest/nicest nurse I've ever come across. & the office is extremely clean and sanitary. Whenever I go I always see the female doctor (Dr. Sibaja), so my experience will be based on her. However, I've been seen with her husband (Dr. Lopez), once or twice before and he really knows his stuff. As for Doctor Sibaja, I absolutely love her she's extremely kind hearted and really cares about her patients. She also makes me feel very comfortable even when I have to do uncomfortable yearly check ups (papsmear).. Only thing I do have to say is that often times they're so busy it is borderline disorganized in there. I've had to call over and over for them to get something done with my insurance, which can get a little frustrating. However, I love this doctors office and I will keep them as my primary Doctor for as long as I can.

I've left emails and even resorted to leaving a google review and all I get is crickets. If you haven't reviewed your google reviews, you have multiple complaints about the same issue I'm having. All I need is the prior authorization for a medication I've been on which I ran out of several weeks ago.
