I arrive early for my appointment (12:40) and had issues parking so I called and called with no response. It was only when I called again after 1 that they finally picked up. I explained what happened and the girl was pretty condescending to me and didn't even apologize for the lack of communication on her part. I didn't even see the doctor and I don't want to anymore. This place needs better customer service. As a patient you should explain to me when you're open. Ridiculous and unprofessional vibe. Do not go here. Find a better office.

I especially, love Francis and Yadira they're very talkative and friendly. Yadira is the kindest/nicest nurse I've ever come across. & the office is extremely clean and sanitary. Whenever I go I always see the female doctor (Dr. Sibaja), so my experience will be based on her. However, I've been seen with her husband (Dr. Lopez), once or twice before and he really knows his stuff. As for Doctor Sibaja, I absolutely love her she's extremely kind hearted and really cares about her patients. She also makes me feel very comfortable even when I have to do uncomfortable yearly check ups (papsmear).. Only thing I do have to say is that often times they're so busy it is borderline disorganized in there. I've had to call over and over for them to get something done with my insurance, which can get a little frustrating. However, I love this doctors office and I will keep them as my primary Doctor for as long as I can.

I wish Doctors offices didn't have strong air freshener smells because it's not a hotel or store, it's a medical facility where people are coming in with medical things and allergies, sickness or taking medications that increase sensitivities. I literally stumbled into UHealth Jackson Urgent Care today in Doral. I had a minor leg injury this…read moremorning while walking really fast to turn on a light switch. It was dark and as I approached the light switch, the shin of my left leg slammed into a heavy, metal pushcart and then I fell. I checked it out right away and before the bleeding started, it looked like my shin had a dent in it, but it turned out to be a small chunk of skin missing. I'll spare the pics. I walked in pain all day before deciding to get it checked out to make sure that there was no hairline fracture among other things. I didn't know Doral had a UHealth Jackson Urgent Care, an extension of the UM health system and a reputable one. This place is brand new and opened just 2 months ago. It's very clean and spotless with a modern feel. I called ahead to make sure they accepted my health insurance. I filled out just a simple one-page form to get started. They recorded my health insurance card and Driver's License. With one person ahead of me in the lobby, I was able to receive care quickly and be in and out in one hour. This included wait time, seeing the nurse, seeing the doctor, x-rays, x-ray results with the doctor, and a tetanus shot and re-bandage with the nurses. The pace was good and my wait time was evenly distributed between each event. Everyone was kind and attentive. It was a very smooth process like how you'd wish these types of places should be. As for me, my results were negative. Luckily, I didn't have any sort of fracture on my shin and now my arm is sore from the tetanus shot. The only other thing I needed was to purchase a triple antibiotic cream from the nearby Publix. Overall, I had a 5 star experience from this UHealth Jackson Urgent Care in Doral.
