Where in my experience with other Drs, historically some would diminish my complaints or brush something off as normal. That is not the case with Yessi Felipe. I fell fully listened to. I enjoy coming to this office and would highly recommend. This is a private office and My wait Time is very limited. I usually visit the Drs office either early in the morning or at lunch time and I am in and out. I do not like offices that treat patients like they are running a mill. You know, the ones where patients are sitting around waiting hours and hours. No thank you! I have private insurance and will not tolerate that. I am a professional and my time is money. I appreciate the time management at the Hallandale beach OBGYN. The waiting room is small due to the building structure. I appreciate this as well. Given that there is very little wait time, you don't need a large waiting room. The rooms themselves are normal size. I even put in an emergency request using the dr portal and received a call back the same day! Thank you so much for that! I couldn't be happier with the service and attention I have received! By the way, I have never had a billing issue. I did once have an issue where the call for the appointment confirmation said to confirm press one to cancel press two. I pressed 2 and then received a call stating that I missed my appointment. However, since they only started charging the $25 cancellation fee after that happened that was not an issue for me. In a month I received the bill for 627.48 dollars from the Lab Corp for the services I didn't request. I started emailing them in May 2023, they told me to ignore and do not pay the bills. Since then I have received the bill 8 times, today I received the letter from the collectors, though I didn't give my consent to share my personal info with the third parties. He then left the clinic instead of staying to coordinate care. He provided no information about the nearest emergency departments, no instructions for follow-up care, and no emergency contact information. He wrote a prescription for methotrexate 100 mg but failed to arrange for it to be dispensed or to explain the next steps; we had to obtain and deliver the medication ourselves. As a result of these omissions, the patient required emergency admission to the hospital on Saturday. At the emergency department, staff were surprised that the medication had been handed to us and asked why the doctor had given it directly to the family. Dr. Kandinov also failed to arrange an ultrasound when it was clinically indicated; when we requested diagnostic imaging, he refused and did not record either the recommendation or the refusal in the medical record. All of this was frightening, expensive, and entirely avoidable. In our opinion, these actions demonstrate alarming unprofessionalism and a lack of concern for patient safety. The surgeon who performed the procedure said this outcome might have been avoided because the patient had visited Dr. Kandinov two weeks earlier. However, the doctor did not take the concerns seriously; the consultation appeared cursory. He appears to rush through appointments, spending only a few minutes in each office and not devoting adequate time to patients. It seems to me that money plays a bigger role for him than treating patients Think carefully before you go. Be vigilant.

There was a taste of upper-class luxury. If you're a first time patient, they make you fill out some paperwork (as usual) but you do this while sitting on a big nice comfy-ass couch. Btw, if you have a 9am appointment & a first timer - you should be out in a little less than an hour and a half. :) The staff - well, let's just say that doctor Reinerston was very well dressed. So much so, that I thought she was the secretary. Then the secretary came in and I hoped to god she wasn't the doctor. That woman had the highest heels ever! Nevertheless, the staff was very nice and comforting. The doctor - definitely knows her stuff and had a lovely office (I took a peak). She was very quick with the procedure but was good with the analysis. In a matter of minutes, she wrote me a few prescriptions, gave instructions (which I zoned out for) and I was on my way. She doesn't seem to pry and get too much into your personal life but does give her recommendations. Side note: She accepts Humana and tries to get the insurance to cover as much as possible.
