Side note not related to the Doctor or the people is that the aroma, air freshener of the office is too strong for me. It gave me a headache. As a patient coming in sick if you are nauseous bring a face mask. If you have smell sensitivity come prepared. I wish Doctors offices didn't have strong air freshener smells because it's not a hotel or store, it's a medical facility where people are coming in with medical things and allergies, sickness or taking medications that increase sensitivities. I especially, love Francis and Yadira they're very talkative and friendly. Yadira is the kindest/nicest nurse I've ever come across. & the office is extremely clean and sanitary. Whenever I go I always see the female doctor (Dr. Sibaja), so my experience will be based on her. However, I've been seen with her husband (Dr. Lopez), once or twice before and he really knows his stuff. As for Doctor Sibaja, I absolutely love her she's extremely kind hearted and really cares about her patients. She also makes me feel very comfortable even when I have to do uncomfortable yearly check ups (papsmear).. Only thing I do have to say is that often times they're so busy it is borderline disorganized in there. I've had to call over and over for them to get something done with my insurance, which can get a little frustrating. However, I love this doctors office and I will keep them as my primary Doctor for as long as I can.

Whenever I call for an appointment, there is never a long hold wait or unavailability. They also do what they can to get you seen. Today they worked with me beyond required, to get me in to see Dr. Acebo. Facility: The office itself is always clean. I love that his office is right up front and surrounded by glass. This in itself makes him seem approachable. Although I would never just walk in his office and ask to speak to him but illusion works. Services: Besides regular PCP services (whatever that is), his wife also works out of this office and offers various dermatology services.
