When I called to make this appointment I specifically requested an in person appointment. I was called yesterday and left a voicemail (which I unfortunately did not hear saying the appointment was changed to a virtual appointment). I asked for the time off of work get to the office and they tell me it is a televisit. I have now been connected for an hour and have yet to hear from anything. I had to call three times to reach someone who said they were going to write a message to you. This is honestly unacceptable.

I've hated seeing my usual doctor for the last 10 years…read morebecause it was always a huge inconvenience scheduling an appointment; I would always have to wait 2-5 weeks to get an appointment and on top of that I would always schedule early morning appointments 1st thing in the morning at 8am or 9am but spend the 1st hour or two just waiting in the waiting room to see a doctor and once I was finally called back and placed in a room, I'd wait another 29-45 minutes for the doctor to actually come see me. This visit was a dream come true. My usual doctor was of course not available for weeks out to see me, so I finally decided to look for a new doctor. I jumped on ZocDoc.com and found Dr. Gogate with great reviews and availablity to see me the next day. This was my first visit here so I had a lot of paperwork to fill out that took about 30 agonizing minutes. I pre-filled out the paperwork on ZocDoc but the doctor's office says that it never comes to them so that was an inefficient waste of time. But once that ordeal was done, it was fast and friendly service all the way! I felt that the doctor and her staff was very nice and accommodating. I found my new doctor. This was a great visit!

I like the fact that he's laid-back and not pushy at all. He is really easy to talk to. Also, they are able to take your blood right then and there for lab work.
