Scheduled an appt here because it was about 5 blocks away from my address and they accept my health…read moreinsurance. My very first appt wasn't so bad I just went in for a yearly physical, so I got blood work done. Which I didn't even get done by the doctor herself it was someone else who by the way inserted the needle wrong and either she hit a nerve or idk what but my arm has never been the same since. Although Dr. Yapor and staff are very nice. They are also very unprofessional when it comes to scheduling appointments. I was in the waiting room for nearly 2 hours past my scheduled appt time, listening to other patients also complaining about having been waiting for over an hour, some of them more than 3 hours. Only to find out right before walking inside and after having paid my copayment that I wasn't going to be seeing Dr. Yapor to go over my lab results but a medical assistant instead. Which I don't mind, but had I known, or at least had been made aware of I would've had no problem rescheduling for a different day instead. I am a student and a worker and wasting my time it's not something I'm a big fan of. So for this reason I wouldn't recommend, unless you have no problem with wasting over 3 hours past your "scheduled appt" time to spare and or waste. I will definitely be looking for a new PCP because really it is ridiculous and inconsiderate, I don't care how nice they are. As much as doctors don't like to waste their time neither should a patient

The staff was very friendly and very organized. The doctors was very attentive to my grandfathers needs. He was very professional and kind. My grandfather also doesn't drive. We sat in the waiting room 2 and a half hours before they called us in, just to tell us they won't write the referral because they wanted to do a physical first. Not only that, but then I wrote a poor review on google reviews, and they replied with a bunch of lies, trying to double down. They claimed I made a same day, squeeze in appointment and that they said the wait would be long. WE MADE THE APPOINTMENT LAST WEEK. They never said we would be waiting 2.5 hours. Then they claimed that I brought up the language barrier (which I didn't) and swore up and down they all speak perfect Spanish and English. I didn't even say that in my review, but they obviously knew that happened during the appointment not only because they were the ones to bring it up in their response, but because we needed to call my husband to translate for us because only the Gen Z receptionist spoke English. They also said I was really rude to them...all I did was ask after an hour and a half how much longer it was going to be. They said I was rude to the doctor, but I couldn't even speak to the doctor because she didn't speak English. So it's not just a matter of this being a poorly run facility, it's that they are downright spiteful. If they were to just own up to their mistakes it would be one thing, but doubling down by lying about what happened isn't it. And it's okay to have a facility that only speaks Spanish, but just say that. Don't lie and pretend everyone speaks English. What a clown festival that place is. Go there if you want drama, not to see a professional doctor. They spend all day making rude comments on people's bad reviews (see attached photo)
