I appreciate the communication via email and text messages prior to my appointment. I was able to find the office because of the thorough directions. I opted for a brow stain, wax, and shaping. Simone made the experience non-intimidating, comfortable, and enjoyable. Her professionalism throughout the process will have me coming back for another service. The warmed table is a nice touch as well. Her questions and suggestions guided me throughout the process. Since it was my first time, I decided to keep it simple and follow my natural brow shape. As you can see, I don't have much in the natural brow department. However, I am so happy that Simone was able to work with what I have, and I am pleased with how they turned out! Look at how my eyes pop!

However, yesterday I received a facial from Michelle at My Red Bow and it was EVEN BETTER. Of course, my eyes were closed the entire time so I don't know exactly what it is that Michelle does to make the experience so inexpressibly amazing but everything she does feels so intentional... - The way she places and removes the steamed towels feels like an experience all in its own. - The way she gently massages your face, neck, arms, and hands feels magical. - The products she uses have the most lovely and relaxing smells without seeming overwhelming. - The atmosphere, sounds, lighting and even how quietly she moves about the room makes you want to stay there for hours.
