First of all, we were on a very tight schedule and needed to get our inspection done quickly. The inspector, Josh, came in on a Sunday afternoon and did a very thorough inspection. He talked to me throughout so I always knew what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also gave me a lot of recommendations for things to make our condo more user-friendly. He answered all of my questions and explained things to me in a way that I could understand with my very limited knowledge of all things related to the construction and inner-workings of a home. We had blocked out a time for roughly four hours but because our condo was pretty small, it didn't take Josh that long. In light of this, Josh readjusted the price so I ended up paying less than I expected. He also explained other available services but was very upfront with me about them not being necessary for my particular unit in an effort to save me money and not waste any of my time. Jordan came to my house to look at my attic…read moreand ended up telling me my whole basement was wet (never seen water), mold in my (freshly cleaned air vents) and I needed 16k worth of mold remediation and water proofing done. He used fear and agreed thats why my kids have been sick. I have had 4 additional inspections by reputable companies, and EVERY SINGLE PERSON said that my basement looked fantastic. RUN from this company, they are sales based and use fear as a tactic to hook you in. ALSO one the other companies said that even if I did want waterproofing, that the estimate was SUPER high.
