My husband and I called Charlie at Royal Roofing immediately. We have used Royal Roofing before when we lived in Plano, Tx. Royal roofing made this extremely stressful time in lives easier. Work was done quickly and the crews were extremely good. The company works like a well oil machine. Honest, trustworthy, loyal, friendly is how I would describe this company. My neighbors are asking how did we get our work done so fast? I told them that we chose a replicable company. No money upfront until the job is complete. I would like to mention that they also know how to do the paperwork correctly for the insurance company. Mike and Charlie thank you very much for lighting the load on us. I hope we don't have to call you back any time soon, but if we do, you will be the roofers we call. Jerry & Vicki Dooling Frisco, Tx Thank you again P.S. this was our 3rd roof from Plano to Frisco

Charlie Kegans with Royal Roofing quoted us the best price of the five roofers who submitted bids. On the day of the project everything worked out perfectly despite the incredible heat of Texas in July. The crew was as professional and competent as Charlie said they would be. We are thrilled with their work. The day after the installation we had a good hour-long thunderstorm and downpour which made for a good stress test of their work, and the results were everything we could hope for. If we ever need another roof replacement, we will only make one phone call, and it will be to Charlie Kegans at Royal Roofing.

She listened to my concerns, stayed involved, communicated with me, and made sure everything was ultimately taken care of the right way. What matters more to me is how they respond when something needs to be corrected, and Crystal made sure Barkleys stood behind their work and took care of me as the homeowner. I really appreciate her professionalism, patience, and willingness to make things right. I'm very happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend Crystal and Barkleys Roofing to anyone looking for a company that will stand behind their work and take care of their people.

German and Jose swarmed my house with several quality tradesman who fixed my problem in one day and gave me peace of mind about my shingles and roof decking that had been deteriorating due to the vendor's shingle "delaminating". I was about to go with a 3rd company who gave me a very high quote until I reached out to Marc at MD Construction. That is when my experience immediately went from bad to great. Marc was so helpful and supportive. I no longer had to deal with my insurance company and the inspector. He took over and spent hours on the phone negotiating on my behalf. He not only fixed my roof where I had hail damage, but he also fixed some poor workmanship done by my builder which the three other companies didn't even point out during their inspection. I decided to have him manage all of the contractors to fix my gutters, windows, etc. because I was having trouble with the guys I hired to fix my stucco. He removed all of my family's stress and has earned a lifelong customer.

They are a small, family owned company based out of McKinney, Texas and were referred to us by a friend. This roof replacement was their second major home overhaul we've used them on, they previously replaced our fence. Overall we are very happy with the service they provided and would recommend them to others. One area where they really stood out to us was Customer Service. Our Project Manager was Chad Smith and he was fantastic to work with. This was our first time going through a roof claim/replacement and we were thankful to have worked with Chad. From start to finish Chad made sure to always be available. We'd wake up to his white truck outside the door every morning before the crew showed up. This was so critical because you'll have questions and want someone walking you through every step of the process. Beyond that he operates like that friendly neighbor that is always willing to help. He was very much a part of the team doing the work. Whether it was using the rolling magnet to pick up scrap metal or coming in to touch up paint on the sidings after the crew had already left. The only nit pick would be their backend accounting. They may want to consider using a third party billing system at some point, just to streamline and organize things a bit more. However, it's really hard to complain because they were super flexible with our fence payments and we wouldn't trade their good natured accounting for anything else.
