I scheduled an appointment with Kennie for a Premium Service only to have it suddenly get rescheduled to the next day without any feedback from me. Then after I showed up 15 minutes early to the new time & date (receiving an email receipt for the service), it gets canceled 15 minutes AFTER it was supposed to start. I knocked on the door and called their number at my scheduled time only to receive voice mail. I'm definitely not happy. read more

Unfortunately this place info is not easily accessible. I tried to stop by just to find the place closed (door on 3rd floor is locked). Signs show they are on 2nd floor but they are not, I had to ask someone on 2nd floor to find it. Totally ok I can figure stuff out but then I tried calling twice and straight to voicemail. Yelp page shows "walk-ins" welcomed but obviously it's best to make reservations on their website. What a waste of my time. read more

If I can rate it as 10 stars I would! Booked my husband with Kennie for full service which included a haircut, style, and facial. Booking an appointment is thru Squire. Kennie took her time to get my husband's hair cut which i loved. My husband enjoyed his full experience here. My husband states that the facial is also very relaxing which almost made him go to sleep . This place is also very clean and chill. They are located at the third floor of the building. Location is not hard to find. Just have to follow the barber sign. Will definitely come back and highly recommend Kennie for booking! Hands down this place is awesome! As a barber I always get asked who cuts my hair? Well here you go! Keneisha (kennie red) usual cuts my hair, and I've never been let down! She's willing to take the tome to listen to exactly what you want and take the time to execute what you described. Most barbers I've been to want to do things the quickest most efficient way. Which is fine if u want a quick $10 cut. But kennie took the time to understand my hair, the texture, the shape and the style I want. She killed it, finishing with a wash and style! But as soon as I found Barber society which is up hidden you have to climb the stairs to find it. Loui was great from the beginning greeting me and making me feel like I was right at home.
