But I was happy to find this store didn't keep me waiting nor try to sell me a more expensive phone (10 stars!) Customer service is excellent. They had ample employees who were all nice and attentive to their customers. The store is pleasant and is well managed. I researched phones on TMobile website before I got to the store so I already knew which one I wanted. Again there was no waiting. Devin helped me. He quickly went and got my phone and set it up for me including transferring my photos, calendar etc. Matt was busy but walked around several times asking if his employees needed help. Devin checked everything on my new phone, called it and made sure everything I wanted transferred was there and that it was fully operable all while being so nice and polite. I had a new phone paid for and out of the store in 15 minutes! Thanks Devin!

Instagram highjacked pictures from my phone and posted them! Not cool. I found this on a Friday night. I was in a panic the whole night. I tried contacting Instagram but like Google they want nothing to do with you and "customer service"... don't hold your breath. I reached out to my carrier.... same thing. As a last resort I went to Wireless World. Michaela fixed my problem with in minutes after I was told no one other than Instagram could do anything about it! Thank you Michaela! and Wireless World! this is going to be a long one, but I am going to tell you from start to finish what this store did…read moreto me. I have been a customer of AT&T since I was in diapers. I walked into the store, trying to upgrade my phone and not only did Maria not offer me the latest promotions she did not offer me next step or a way to upgrade my phone. She gave me a phone with less storage than I asked for and also not the model I asked for either. Supposedly they were out of stock. I talked to the store manager and got a job that same day and became an employee. After starting with the store, I realize exactly what promotions were available and ask them for 4 to 5 days to trade my phone back in and give me the latest phone. Not only with this store refuse to fix my account and my upgrade, but they refused to work with me as an employee. They told me that they would work with my class schedule and then refused to do so so not only as a store terrible to their customers they are terrible to their employees. These guys are more worried about who is the coolest one there than providing excellent customer service. These guys would rather laugh at me for greeting. Someone coming in the front door then help me learn any of the sales processes. I will never come back in the store for work on my account or to deal with any of these guys for anything. My training consisted of "send this guy somewhere that actually knows about phones". My response to my trainer was, "do you know where you work?" my mind is absolutely blown by my treatment from this store. I was told by the Mexican girl that works there that she did not give a f*** about my account that she messed up. Is this where you want to do your business?

Absolutely horrible customer service. We just moved into the area and set up a brand new service…read morewas told we would get it on a Thursday. Apparently the call reps get commissions. Ended up in a chat room and another guy tried to move us around. One of the managers called and promised that someone would be here Thursday after it had gotten moved to a Friday which it was already previously placed on a Thursday. It end up keep getting pushed back and back and back and ended up being well over a week before they came to do an install. What ended up being a Thursday ended up being pushed back three more times to Tuesday. I finally just told them no I don't want their service anymore because I kept getting yanked around
