I don't remember when I first went to Peak Wireless, but it must have been shortly after he opened…read morehis business. I'd bought cell phone(s) from him and was pleased with his helpfulness. My tablet screen was broken and Jeff offered to repair/replace it, but had never done it before on that particular item and wouldn't guarantee the work. I took my chances with him and he did an excellent job. It is now many years later (2024) and I've had to move to a retirement village where we have an IT department which takes care of most of our IT needs. Unfortunately my old, 5SE iPhone which I need because of manual dexterity problems, couldn't be repaired by the new, young tech and ended up in worse shape than before. The floating Home button cannot be eliminated, the regular Home button which had been difficult to push is permanently stuck. It is now Friday evening and I'll have to wait until Monday to somehow get the phone down to Peak Wireless and have Jeff and his crew work their magic on it.

We picked it up, took it home and tried to use it a few hours later and while it was now charging, there was no sound. They fixed one problem but created another. I called them and told them they needed to fix the issue they created, I also told them we would not be paying for their mistake. 2 days later, it was done, never received a call (again), we had to keep checking on them. Save yourself a lot of hassle and take your broken devices elsewhere. ***UPDATE*** In response to the owner: .....The facts are, No voice mails were left, you fixed one issue only to cause another which took days to resolve and cost us much more time, gas expense for going back and forth, wear and tear on a vehicle.I know you don't take these things into consideration so you can stop the BS. But I was happy to find this store didn't keep me waiting nor try to sell me a more expensive phone (10 stars!) Customer service is excellent. They had ample employees who were all nice and attentive to their customers. The store is pleasant and is well managed. I researched phones on TMobile website before I got to the store so I already knew which one I wanted. Again there was no waiting. Devin helped me. He quickly went and got my phone and set it up for me including transferring my photos, calendar etc. Matt was busy but walked around several times asking if his employees needed help. Devin checked everything on my new phone, called it and made sure everything I wanted transferred was there and that it was fully operable all while being so nice and polite. I had a new phone paid for and out of the store in 15 minutes! Thanks Devin!
