Instagram highjacked pictures from my phone and posted them! Not cool. I found this on a Friday night. I was in a panic the whole night. I tried contacting Instagram but like Google they want nothing to do with you and "customer service"... don't hold your breath. I reached out to my carrier.... same thing. I can't recommend this place more. The battery on my wife's LG died. While replacing it they found out that the recharging port was shot and that replacement parts were not available. After we got a new phone, they temporarily installed a good battery in the old phone and then spent and hour transferring everything to the new phone. They really went above and beyond. read more

WIRELESS World just saved me a big chunk of money today. I dropped my Samsung Galaxy s8+ and it totally stopped working. I took it to Verizon and they told me that it had a broken chip behind the screen and couldn't be repaired. I almost bought another $1,000. phone. I then remember going to Wireless World about two blocks down the street with a friend back in the spring to get an iPhone battery his phone. These guys did a super job for half the price Apple charges. They repaired my phone today as good as new for $250. The same one that Verizon had just told me could not be repaired. Thanks Kevin for a great job. You guys saved me about $900. read more

First want to start off how rude the gentleman was. Asked questions about the replacement never had this done before just in case something starts to act up I know what to look for so the employee says well seems like you're looking for a problem. Got my iPhone screen replaced it's a horrible job! The screen bubbles out on the middle of the screen... was not placed on correctly to mess up the phone worse. read more

Beware! I had the screen and battery replaced on my moto Z2 force that I never had problems with, I just wanted a clearer screen and a longer lasting battery. What a mistake. My phone has had nothing but problems since! A week after the battery came loose, and they secured it. A few days after that the battery came loose again so they secured again. A couple days later the ringer vibration came loose. So they secured that and charged me $20. When my phone was given back to me by Chris the screen was scratched all up and he was rude! I waited a couple days and went back to talk to Brian, one of the owners, as at this point the screen was peeling off. He took it and glued the screen back on and clamp marks and ripples on screen when I received it back. Brian said hopefully the screen will repair itself in a couple days!!! Well the clamp marks did disappear but the ripples remain. He now says he is not going to fix it because he cannot guarantee it because I dropped it, that wasn't the story when they charged me $160 + $20 for the repair. I then spoke with Scott, the other owner and showed him the screen. He showed me on his phone that a new screen cost them $96. And then his response was, so you want us to put a $200 screen on this phone! I don't care how much it cost you, I want a new screen like the one I paid for originally, the damage was done at your shop. And is it $96 like you showed me or $200 Scott? Beware consumers! These guys might seem nice, and they had me fooled but they are not reputable! read more

I've been going to Brian who now works at Wireless World for many years now. There's never been a time that I had any problems whatsoever. Always excellent service with a reasonable price. Since I've been going to Wireless World I have never ever had any problems. They are always courteous, kind, straightforward, and helpful in every way. Don't throw away your phone! Take it to Wireless World & let them check it out before you go and throw away money to replace an expensive phone. They will save you a bundle! read more

Don't buy from him! He sold us a Droid 3 and the same day, we returned to the store because the front facing camera wasn't working. We have a lot of experience with Droid 3 phones and know the front facing camera issue can be the first sign of the flex cable going out. He refused to exchange the phone, did a factory reset which temporarily fixed the issue, and when we told him that (in our experience) the screen goes out within 6 weeks of the front facing camera problems, he said even if it was outside of their 15 day warranty, to let him know if that happened. 6 weeks later, bam! The phone screen is out and he's on vacation. When he came back a week later, he refused to do anything except get us a repair quote. We tried to return the phone the day of purchase when we saw the issue but were told that if the problem returned, to come see him. When we did, he played dumb and said he didn't know what we did to it during the time we had it, so he wasn't responsible. Terrible customer service! Find another place to buy your phones! read more
