I had a "Door Dash" order that I needed to return and they went above and beyond to separate the returns into two transactions to make sure I was refunded for the entire amount charged. To be continued ... I just contacted one of the managers at Michael's to make sure the employees in question were definitely Mary Alice and Steph. And yes indeed, they are. I wasn't thrilled that it sounded as though the manager was in a rush, but to his credit, it's a very busy weekend prior to the holidays. If you happen upon this exceptional store and "craft community," please ask for Mary Alice. She's really someone who cares about helping. I think I am going to look for her when I stop by next week!

First off - looks are deceiving - this is a larger "store" - bigger than all comic shops in local…read morearea. The focus of the store is cards and RPG - altho only about 20% of the footage is devoted to that. It has a large selection of comics and mags and comic merch - however it is all overpriced - you can dig and find some OK deals if you have hours to kill. As far as service there is ONE woman who works the front desk and had been the sole employee I saw until recently. She is polite and does best she can - the store seems understaffed big time. As far as value - if you want to buy comics for your PC sure - may find a couple - if you buy bulk or are looking for deals - its not here. $2 modern raw books is a big pass. I have not seen any deals or sales on anything when I have visited. Also when you have $100+ in books pulled to buy and wait for 3 cards people to stop talking to be rung up - its frustrating! Giving 2 stars - its not terrible but "could be better" definitely fits...your mileage may vary
