Advantages of BJ's: closest to my house, fresh cut deli meats and cheese counter, stays open later, digital coupons, great mobile app, great gas prices especially with the credit card, decent selection and pricing of items I cant find at the other 2 clubs. Our location does not have a tire center but theit location at Millenia does if I need it. Sadly, they do not have a food court anymore. Years ago, they did but then had a failed experiment replacing them with Dunkin Donuts. Prices for Dunkin were the same price as the local Dunkins outside of the club so it really didnt make sense plus I think they had a limited menu. I miss having the hot foods food court. Now the space is used for storing online pickup orders. My hubby loves the blueberry muffins from the bakery here and my son loves their little cornbread cakes. We aren't fans of their croissants though. Their mobile app is awesome. It even tells you if coupons are available if you forget to add them first. You can quickly see the latest gas prices at the top of the page. The gas station is a bit of a mess with the layout because they only have 1 opening and people tend to block it. Occasionally, they will come out of the booth and guide people to move up but that depends on who is working. I've really only seen that happen when the older guy is working. Glad we have a BJs close by.

The first drop, most Targets were a free for all, but this was a pleasant experience. So cudos to the management staff here for having their act together. I lined up at 5:30am and more people showed up from 6:30 until they opened. We had about 15 once they opened. The manager came out before they opened to make sure they knew why we were there, and let us know they had enough for everyone currently in line. Once they opened, they had us walk, in order, to a specific check out to purchase our lightsticks. I really appreciate that they handled it so professionally and held to the 1 per person. I would deficiently go to this Target again.

In 2024, had to come in recently to get my Z Flip 5 screen protector replaced and this experience was just undoubtedly disappointing compared to last year. I could only assume the employees last year no longer work here or something because customers would come in and a line will form yet no sign of acknowledgement was made and there were at least 5 more people in the back. The length process was undoubtedly shown. After patiently waiting after being told it would be an hour, turned into three hours later, I got my phone back only for the bottom left corner of the screen protector to be crinkled and wrinkled with a nail print indentation.... Like what? It was visible and yet the sloppy work was given to me past the counter. Smh. I brought it up and the tech that came from the back was not too pleased that I asked for it to be done again. As they didn't have a screen protector in stock, they made a file in the system that I needed the work to be done and they mentioned either the following Tuesday or Wednesday they will get a shipment and they would call me. I called Tuesday and they said no stock came and that once the screen protector comes in, the system will notify my work order in which they would call me. Come Sunday, I called and they said they had it in stock. Smh. I came, told a two hour labor turned three and half hours and finally got my new screen protector properly installed with no sign of scratches, crinkles, wrinkles or tampered. I work in retail and customer service so I was patient throughout the whole ordeal and showed no hostility unlike the other patrons, but I don't blame them as they were paying so this review would've been 1 had Samsung not covered it under warranty.

What was a big deal is I was getting an upgrade to and iPhone 12 and the man helping me - I wish I'd caught his name - royally destroyed my phone. He somehow put in two activation requests? And therefore when I got home my new phone wouldn't do anything remotely phone related aka make calls, send texts, etc. The store was closed at that point so I couldn't go back. Cue me then calling Verizon and spending nearly an hour on hold with them... the first person was pretty useless and said I wait until the next day and go back to the store, we went back and forth a few times until eventually she transferred me to an actually helpful person who said that he would fix it but it would take a few hours and at ~some point throughout the night my phone would activate. It does work this am thank goodness, but no thanks to the workers in this store. Thanks goes to the IT guys at Verizon corporate. And even the people I spoke with on the phone were like "wow, this guy really messed up your phone" soooo Update: two days later it's not working again - so I'll be going back to this store attempt to remedy the problem. The dealer only does curbside delivery( they will not put it in the house. They will deliver the safe to the installation company ie ALSS or do curbside to my home and I can arrange for ALSS to come to my location and install it when delivered. After multiple attempts to convey this to the woman answering the phone she asks where is it going to be delivered to. So I give her my address then she asks what address it's going to be installed. When both addresses were the same she said that doesn't work. So obviously an inability to communicate. After multiple attempts to rephrase the situation it became apparent she could not grasp the concept of having the safe delivered to ALSS who would then delivery and install it. I probably should've asked for someone who was better equipped, but by that point I was already frustrated. So in this instance ALSS lost my business. I loathe surveys. This was a waste of my time and a loss of revenue for ALSS. Hopefully they will provide a little better training, unless of course they don't need the business
