I am in town for the hot spring nearby. Pleasantly surprised to find a studio within 10 min of drive! The studio provides private parking. Showed up in the morning. It is a great studio comes with a lot of personality. People are super friendly and helpful. I got situated. The cartoon illustration on the wall is awesome and somewhat inspiring! Ha. Flooring was not your typical studio flooring. More of a fuzzy mat texture. 60 min class always come with their own sequences. Good to see each instructor's preference. I think the classroom itself doesn't retain heat very well. So the heater was on the whole time with hot air circulating. It is not a quiet class (with hot air blowing) but it masks my bones cracking. Ha. Instructor is nice. They also offer inferno Pilates. I noticed the weight offered here is decent. Looks like a good workout. I would love coming back again next time I am in town. Love it. read more

Power Yoga Saturday morning was fun and relaxing. Felt very good stretching and flexibility...totally needed this. Very full class nice and hot. Clean bathroom and shower room. Wish there were additional women showers due to the long line. Check-in process felt long despite coming to this studio when I lived in Ukiah 2011. read more

I was in Ukiah for a weekend and decided to try a class. Radiant Yoga is very friendly and the Power Flow class with Miriam was excellent. She is a great communicator and the class was hottish but not too insane, so I got a strong workout without dying. I also liked the music that ranged from Raj to Rap. read more

I was so surprised to find this local gem of Ukiah. I visited some hot yoga studios from the Bay Area. This is the best place I have ever been to. The studio is clean and organized, and the instructors are super friendly and professional! Though I haven't been able to make friends with other members yet, cuz I'm pretty shy among others, but the class vibe is just right! People don't need to communicate, but they can feel a supportive and friendly atmosphere among themselves. Good sweat and always leave with a great sense of self-accomplishment. Clean, friendly, super awesome yoga studio with great instructors! Offering bikram, vinyasa, power flow, yin, hot Pilates and more- both heated and unheated classes. Modifications for all levels. I have felt very welcomed and taken care of since starting yoga here. You can find the studio's schedule always updated on the MINDBODY app, which is also really nice. I like that you can check there any time, and map out what you'd like to do for the day or week. Beautiful space, quiet and peaceful. Friendly staff who are knowledgeable about their craft and our bodies. They answer questions and engage with all clientele. The staff is very encouraging. I participate in Bikrum and the Hot Pilates classes. They offer many other forms of Yoga practice as well. The heat helps you realize you can do hard things when you stick with it. I was in town for a couple days and did a drop in class and it kicked my butt! The inferno pilates class was intense and energizing. I would highly recommend and wish there was a studio like this near where I live. The staff were all super friendly and I love that they have a shower room. I dropped in on this class while traveling thru town from out of state. The workout was tough, high energy and fun. The class had all ages, shapes and sizes and everyone was there to work hard. I loved this workout because it really pushed me while not injuring me. If I lived here i would definitely regularly attend. The owner is super friendly and welcoming. Great classes from the few I went to. I rated it 3 stars because I feel it could be a lot cleaner and if the room wasn't neon green with checker flooring it would probably make it feel like more of a clean yoga studio. That and the studio dog was in the inferno hot room right next to me while the class was going on. Paint and keep the dog out and I would love to come back read more

I've been going to various classes here for nearly a year now. I have liked all the teachers & the students are welcoming & peaceful. They have a huge variety of classes as well as class days/times. The studio is very nice & has a comfy atmosphere. The bathrooms are always super clean! The Buti classes fill up quickly, you have to sign up days in advance or you cannot attend. I've had issues with their website, they changed my account status to where I was not able to sign up. I had to call to sign up & it's nearly impossible to get someone on the phone. The Facebook message button was disabled after they told me that was the best way to get through to someone. It's pretty frustrating & they should be more helpful to their clients. I had to cancel my membership because of it - they still couldn't find a way to make it work for me in order to keep a customer happy! read more

Friendly, open and welcoming! Just went to one class while I was passing through town and it was very nice.

Spacious studio with clean shower/changing room facilities. A good selection of classes throughout the day. All the teachers are GREAT! The vibe is friendly. Only drawback for me are the one hour Bikram classes in my primary time slots and that the Bikram room temperature is never twice the same. It varies from class to class from day to day from the luke warm to the hot and steamy. I don't know why that is. I have been to a number of different studios in San Francisco, all of them are always much warmer and consistently so. I like my Bikram and my Vinyasa flow HOT. read more

Honestly I don't know why this place has so many stars. The yoga teachers are very informed, almost like they are reading from a book. There is nothing unique about this studio. It just so happens to be very nicely remodeled. Every time I have been there I have felt complete disconnect to everyone. Some stigma about new people they don't know perhaps. But it is very clicky, like high school. The women are very selective to which whom they show attention to. All in all I got all the vibes you don't want when you enter a studio. Standoffish, rude, holier than thou, pricey and down right rude! People are confused about it because it is well established. These teachers and especially the OWNER have made me feel inadequate and as if I don't belong. Like I would never be one of them. Like I said... 100% not what an ashram should be read more
