It is a great studio comes with a lot of personality. People are super friendly and helpful. I got situated. The cartoon illustration on the wall is awesome and somewhat inspiring! Ha. Flooring was not your typical studio flooring. More of a fuzzy mat texture. 60 min class always come with their own sequences. Good to see each instructor's preference. I think the classroom itself doesn't retain heat very well. So the heater was on the whole time with hot air circulating. It is not a quiet class (with hot air blowing) but it masks my bones cracking. Ha. Instructor is nice. They also offer inferno Pilates. I noticed the weight offered here is decent. Looks like a good workout. I would love coming back again next time I am in town. Love it.

The staff are very kind and helpful and the gym is always clean. I was unmotivated and felt like there was no way I could ever join a gym because I didn't have the time to actually go. Because of how pleasant my experience has been and because of the fact that they have childcare, I have been able to really commit to showing up. Their classes are incredible and have given me the opportunity to get out of my comfort zone and try so many new things. I'm so grateful for UVAC, they've really made a difference in my life!

There's all sorts of yoga classes here for every BODY, I wish there were more classes (more class…read moretimes available) but we always want more ;) Justine the owner is friendly, kind, calm, gives modifications when needed, explanations of poses, and overall is an easy person to talk to and feel comfortable around. I also recently went to Delphine's Core Power Flow Yoga class and absolutely loved it. Both instructors do poses and flows that I have kind of forgotten about over the years. I recently moved to Fort Bragg and the people in classes have made me feel welcome to their beautiful community at At One Yoga. At times during classes faint noises can be heard from outside the studio or upstairs. There are mats, blankets, pillows, blocks and ropes if needed. Once you open the door to the studio you are right next to the check-in desk and the area where you will be doing your practice is pretty much right in front of you. There are cubicles to put your things in and a bench if needed. It's $13 to do a drop-in (cash preferred) and you could also do, 5 classes for $50 (expires in two months). At One Yoga is located at 301 Main St Suite E. in Fort Bragg, CA (it will be on your left after passing by the bank) and is inside the Union Lumber Company Store (huge white building). Once you enter the building go to your left, towards the bike shop and keep walking down the hall. You will see At One Yoga on your right near an exit door. There is plenty of on street parking that is free and a bike rack located in front of the Union Lumber Company Store and also in the back. Recently purchased 3 one on one classes for $199. Really enjoyed my first two classes and was…read morelooking forward to purchasing a monthly membership. My third class was rescheduled by the teacher and unfortunately I made a mistake adding it to my calendar. Because of this my last class was forfeited and I lost $66. I read the disclosures and waivers I signed. I couldn't find this anywhere in the fine print, but maybe I missed it. I think it would be less harsh to pay a fee of $15, maybe $30, and keep my last class. Or better yet, be able to find where the forfeited class and loss of $66 is in the "rules" I enjoyed my first two classes, studio was clean and the owner was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I wanted to find a new way to get movement in my life, but I can't afford a $66 mistake on a class that was rescheduled by the teacher.
