My go to place for waxing! I usually buy the series for a service and it comes out cheaper than buying the service each time individually. I usually go to Molly, she does a good job! They usually have appointments day of. The shop is nice, cute, and clean. Parking can be tricky because there's a lot of shops there but it is free! Just make sure to drive safely. read more

Very professional establishment from the moment you walk in. Its not just a shop to get waxed, there is a whole form you go through & are asked if you are allergic or taking any medications. Alisa was AMAZING!! She left my brows sooo clean and shaped them with a shape i have never had before. Its a good thing. I have been to many shops and when i say clean up they literally wax the whole brow. Alisa brushed my brows & had me look at them with her in a mirror. They are shaped so beautifully and even now and filling them in when doing my makeup has been a breeze. She took her time. Lots of availability for appointments are great, and love the accessibility for online booking as well! They have impressive equipment and play good music. Plus, its location is convenient for me. Samantha left me so damn slick, I slid through my silk sheets and hit my head on the wall... which warranted a trip to the ER. Honestly, if Sam were here, this CT would have been done and over with by now (shes very time efficient) and I could have probably squeezed in a brow wax too... If you are looking for that waxer that will leave you smoother than a jar of creamy peanut butter: go see Sam. If you want to be aerodynamic naked: go see Sam. *careful with this: see above for the potential after results* If you want to feel slicker than the ceramic coating on a brand new Ferrari: go see Sam. Great and fast service, comfortable waxing, easy scheduling options. Even when no one answers, you get a text message for assistance and appointment is scheduled right then. Fair pricing, staff friendly. Cons: it really gets annoying when they call all customers "love" . Saying it once-twice , sounds nice, but repeating it 10 times, at least, in 1 minute is simply too much. Overall, positive experience. read more

I had a disappointing experience here. I initially scheduled my appointment through Sasha, the virtual assistant, but received a cancellation notice. Since I needed the appointment that day, I booked elsewhere. Later, I was told that because I missed the original appointment, I couldn't pre-schedule future appointments unless I purchased a 5-pack deal. My question is, why can't I just book and prepay online, which is also an option? Nicky, the manager (or owner), was very inflexible about this, despite it being an honest mistake. I'm now being told I can't book in advance unless I buy the package deal. No thanks! read more

I have had a hard time committing to a waxer probably for the past 5-6 years -- that is until I met Alayna! She is super detailed, and super sweet. She's also pretty quick. I don't think I've ever had a Brazilian where every single hair was removed, I didn't think it was possibly really until I came to Alayna. I'll see you next month, Thank you girl! The whole Brazilian experience is as pleasant as it could be considering the circumstances. It's important for me at least to feel comfortable with who's waxing me or else that 15-20 minute timeframe would be extremely awkward lol. As far as the salon itself, I love how they give you a wipe prior to your service, and the waxer leaves the room so you can undress and have some privacy before your service -- in the many salons/independent waters I've been to, this has never been offered to me. Which now looking back is a bit ironic lol. Another nice thing they do is ask if you need to use the restroom before your service, again not something I was used to. The salon is super modern looking, and their staff are all super friendly. Another huge perk they have is a BOGO for your first time, so basically first time you pay for your service -- the next time it's free! I also wasn't pressured into getting their wax packages/pass, which was nice because at the previous place I was going to it was like they were shoving their pass down my throat and would almost seemingly get mad if I declined. All in all, I'm so happy I found Radiant. I'm a little sad I didn't find it sooner. read more
