He doesn't just put you through workouts -- he teaches proper mechanics and safe training. My main goal was resolving back pain, and that's now completely gone. Alex prioritizes form, discipline, and long-term results. He is patient, professional, and intentional in how he coaches. You can tell he cares about progress, not just getting you through a session. A little background on me, for the past 15 or so years, I've been training the typical "bro split" prioritizing building muscle while sacrificing everything else, including my cardio and mobility; I never gave those things much consideration. To switch things up, I decided to join a CrossFit gym in October 2025 to switch things up a little. All it took was a month of CrossFit for my lack of cardio and mobility training to catch up to me, and I got my first ever injury while training...a tweak in my lower back. That was my sign to reach out to Alex, especially after having followed him on instagram for a few years (and taken two previous group classes with him in 2023) I reached out and scheduled my initial consultation. We determined I'd be a great fit and decided on a 3 month dedicated program. In just those 3 months, my lower back issue was completely resolved, my shoulder mobility limitations were improved dramatically and I learned so much about how to restructure my training style to align with the postural restoration techniques Alex teaches. Alex was able to show me how to integrate these techniques into my usual exercises so I could still build muscle but prevent the mobility imbalances and getting stuck in movement patterns and body positioning that caused so much of the nagging aches and pains I learned to just live with. At the end of our journey together, we discovered another limitation I had been living with for years now and Alex was able to guide me into the right hands to make improvements on that front as well. Alex genuinely cares about making meaningful improvements with his clients and provides a completely unique approach to the fitness world. I highly recommend Alex to anyone looking to make a change in their health and fitness.
