They sent my husband a letter basically saying they would no longer be his doctor because he was disrespectful on a phone call. He was trying to relay that he was following the bottle instructions of the medicine prescribed--the staff was very condescending. When I wrote an email explaining the mistake and that I would be looking for a new PCP--they never responded and removed me from the portal--without a single word--I assume I will get the same email as my husband. I am still shocked at their behavior.
