I feel lucky that she is located so close to my home.. but she is ABSOLUTELY worth the drive if you have to come from across town. I was experiencing a skin issue that was new for me & my skincare products and routine just weren't working in this season of life. Instead of my own trial and error I went to Dana for some skin recovery and expert guidance. I am about 2 weeks out from my first facial and a new low maintenance routine and my skin is glowing again! Her skincare routine suggestions while low maintainence were also affordable. Looking forward to my next appointment and being in her space and energy! :)

I've had several friends visit Dana and rave about the experience, so after the new year, when life…read morehad me feeling not so great and I really needed a lift, I decided to treat myself to one of her winter facial specials. "The Glacial" winter glow revival facial included an herbal steam, double cleanse, facial massage, dermaplane and snow algae face mask. It all added up to one of the most wonderful self-care experiences I have had, and the way my skin glowed afterward -- and has continued glowing and looking improved overall in the days since -- far exceeded my expectations. Beyond the results, though, I have to talk about how wonderful the experience is from the moment you walk in. Dana opens the waiting room 10 minutes before your appointment time so you can fill out basic paperwork regarding your medical history and skin goals. Then you talk to make sure you're on the same page. The session itself starts and ends with a short deep breathing exercise, helping you center yourself and focus. Everything felt so blissful and relaxing that I drifted off several times, and kept having to bring myself back from the mini dreams I was slipping into as I didn't want to miss the experience! The facial massage especially was wonderful, and a helpful starting point toward my skin goals. I think what I most appreciated is that when we discussed my typical skin care routine, which is incredibly low maintenance and a bit directionless right now, Dana could not have been kinder or more judgment free. She didn't push any products and gave me a sample to start out with, which I'm applying morning and night alongside one other product I'm using. Her other advice was to wake up and hydrate my skin in the morning with a splash of cold water. Seriously, free cold water. What a refreshing change from many estheticians; you genuinely get the feeling she cares. This is a gem of a small business, and I will absolutely be back to continue working with her.

I also did LED light therapy, which helps reduce inflammation and bacteria while boosting collagen production. Jocelyn is a co-owner and one of the sweetest people I've ever met. She had dim lights, music playing and oil diffusers going on. I told Stephanie that I never had a facial before but my goal for 2018 is to take better care of my face/skin. She took the time to really look at my skin and told me what she saw. She also suggested a skin care regime for me based on my type of skin. She also offered skin care products that i should avoid because of my skin type. I was very grateful for that, because i was just using any kind of products.. but they have probably been drying me out. She also removed some blackheads I had on my nose. (Sorry if that's gross, but it helped!) As far as the dermaplaning goes, if you've never done it before, i highly recommend it. Using a small scalpel, she gently stroked away all of the peach fuzz and dead skin off of my face. The whole process is painless and doesn't take long at all. After she did the dermaplaning, she put some moisturizing products on my face and I was good to go. I could visibly see a difference in my face. She does a variety of skin care services, so definitely check her out!

Sherri even sold me on adding an additional service with blue light to target a breakout and I loved it. It was just one of the most calming and relaxing experiences and I booked another appointment. I had ONE FROZEN EYEBROW! Every time I would talk, one eye eyebrow was lifting, and the other one was like a dead caterpillar. To say I looked "odd" is kind. I swore off Botox forever! Then a dear friend recommended Deirdre! Deidre is an artist. She cares very deeply about what YOU want, not the latest fad or what SHE thinks you need. She'll also tell you when she doesn't think something would work! THAT'S VERY IMPORTANT! Some injectors will do what you want regardless of how it may look. Deidre looks after YOU, her client. NEVER what would be advantageous for her bank account. Sooooo ... Not only did I try TOX again, I went back and got more!! Over the course of a couple of days, I started to see the results. I was ecstatic! My results looked natural, but gave me exactly what I was trying to achieve. Next on the bucket list .... Let's talk LIPS. My once juicy pout has turned into weak, thin strips of skin. Like a grandmother's, I went to see her about lip fillers. She immediately put me at ease and carefully listened to what I was trying to achieve. I didn't leave with cookie cutter, latest fad lips. I have BEAUTIFULLY shaped, perfectly symmetrical, pouty lips! This woman is an artist! She is so relatable & simply put - just a WONDERFUL person! Her artistry is amazing, AND you don't have to apply for a second mortgage to achieve your perfect pout or natural looking TOX .... Her prices are VERY reasonable. Listen ladies (and men) if you're thinking about it, do something about it. If you're going to do something about it, you might as well go to the best! It's your face after all, you don't want to wait for bad TOX to wear off or asymmetrical lips to go down, just go to the best in the entire Tri-State area! She may even be the best on the East Coast! I promise you, YOU WON'T BE SORRY! TAMMY C
