First solution option was a consult with the color educator in traiing. Didn't feel the confidence with his solution consult. Wasn't offered a consult with owner/stylist (not sure why). Wasn't comfortable proceeding. Decided to shift focus from MY hair (I got it corrected elsewhere) to the botched halo. The other (front desk?) manager (Jessica) who was delegated to communicate the solution to me (refund thank god) when I asked what I could have done to garner a better outcome told me that I should have had my hair colored first (it was), that the $350 (100% markup) HaloCoiture Remy hair shouldn't have been colored in the first place (your salon did it, not me, it and jacked it up twice) and more or less that my hair color now IRL didn't match the picture I showed them lol. First, let me start out by saying that when others mentioned booking issues - I can see how that may be an issue because this is a small location. We had a mid-week, afternoon appointment scheduled - and it seemed like he had no issue at all booking. The "cupping" was interesting - and Kris did an excellent job. Unlike large scale spa's, she took the time to get to know me and the issues I had been having with my headaches. She took the time to work on one area, which was my neck, first. The neck massage that I received was out of this world. Not only did Kris use cupping techniques, she used hot stones, and provided THE BEST massage that I have ever had. I came here for just a rapid tension massage at first, the type using the percussion gun, and had April. She was respectful of my concerns and set me at ease to the point that I felt comfortable coming back to her for a regular massage soon after. She's since become my go-to massage person, and I book out months in advance with her because, when someone is good, their book naturally fills up and April is good! As one of her regulars, they're even willing to give me a call if she has an unexpected cancellation; they did so today, in fact, and although I missed the call and someone else snapped up that appointment, they were able to get me in with someone else who sounds like they will meet my needs. I went to the Bethel Park location and worked with Tina, who is fabulous, until I maxed out their laser. Then I was sent to their other location in Cranberry. My tattoo was small and had some light color (pink & orange). Tina was great and went over everything with me about the procedure before she started. She offered numbing cream but it wasn't needed because my tattoo was so small and treatments took less than a minute. Did it hurt? Yes! Was it worth it? Absolutely! I'd do it again in a heartbeat. It did take several treatments over about a year and a half time span. Best advice I can give is to be patient. Laser tattoo removal takes time and the more color you have/the bigger your tattoo, the longer it may take. Colored tattoos are stubborn and take longer to fade. My finger looks great. You can't even tell I had a tattoo there anymore. I definitely recommend Body Beautiful for laser tattoo removal and would go back if I had others I wanted to remove.
