My follow up on review dated 1017/22. RAD Roofing workers FINALLY showed up on Wednesday 19th to repair leaking roof. The workers gave us the go ahead to leave the house to go help out a friend. When, we returned later in the day......WHAT A SURPRISE!! We found a LARGE HOLE in our ceiling ALL the way into the bedroom no note or call. We immediately called Rene and claimed he was not notified by his workers that this HOLE happened. On, Friday, I spoke to Rene..Later a worker came over....right away he told us one of the workers put a foot thru the roof causing the damages. This is an old popcorn style ceiling......needs to checked for ASBPESTOS. ASBPESTOS is very harmful to our health can be fatal since ceiling is wide open leaking fibers Rad Roofing needs to HANDLE THIS MATTER NOW....as of this evening no call to take care of this dangerous damages. This company failed to honor their warranty and repair the terrible work on my roof. They even managed to hide our google review. If you look up their company on google, they have no reviews..ever. They somehow removed the options to leave a review and you can't even see any reviews. That's all you need to know about how far they will go to hide their poor service, work and customer complaints. read more

I hired RAD Roofing in 2011 to put a new roof on my townhouse in Green Vally, Az. Now in 2018 the roof leaks. My property manager in Green Valley has tried to contact RAD roofing many times but never get a live person, only a recording at best. They have even gone to RAD roofing office but no answer. I, as owner, was told that this roof comes with an eleven year guarantee. My property manager finally, after many months and numerous attempts, was told by RAD roofing that they don't give fifteen year guarantees. I don't live in the southern Arizona area but if I did I would not hesitate to take RAD roofing to court. They lied to me. Now I have to pay big bucks to have my leaking roof repaired by another company. So buyer beware. RAD roofing lied!! read more

I had a confirmed appointment on Monday, August 26, 2019, between 9 and 10 am with RAD Roofing to inspect my roof for ways mice could get into the attic of my home, and if necessary an estimate to make repairs. I received a call asking to reschedule the appointment because of a scheduling conflict on RAD end. A second appointment was scheduled for Tuesday, August 27th, between 11am and 12noon. I explained that I had to leave for Tucson and requested that they arrive as close to 11am as possible. At noon on August 27th no one arrived and no one from RAD had the courtesy to call, and has not called to date. In this day of cell phones and text messaging there is no excuse to treat a potential customer this way. A "no show" is a "no go" for me. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

My wife has called numerous times trying to reach them regarding a leak in our roof following the coating they did this past summer. She has left 3 messages, which have not been returned, and gotten a voice recording that your mailbox is full at least 3 times. Additionally, an email was sent requesting contact to address the problem. That email has gone unanswered. read more

The manager was able to get me in a few days earlier than anticipated and ahead of the summer monsoonal rains, and the guys who came out to perform the work were very polite, professional and hard-working. Guy came out to give estimate and told me he could do job right away. Never could get ahold of him again to actually do the work so after many more calls and no shows I gave up and called someone else. Too bad because I had had a good experience with RAD a few years ago. read more

Four years ago we purchased a home in Green Valley AZ, and needed warranty foam roof repairs. Rene at RAD Roofing responded promptly and sent a crew to make the repairs in a timely manner. During the past four years we have had Rad Roofing recoat the foam roof, and had various other work completed, including sealing the roof after a new heat pump installation, and sealing the roof after a new skylight installation. Rene responded to each call by promptly sending a crew out. Most recently we listed our home for sale. During the home inspection a few small cracks were identified. We called Rene at RAD Roofing, and within 2 days the cracks were sealed. We are well pleased with the professionalism demonstrated by Rene and the rest of the RAD Roofing crew.
