Additionally, none of the spots returned during the following two years. I was at the Tucson home show this Spring and saw them again. I had had my tile floors cleaned a few years ago by another company. I did not think that it was worth it. I decided to see Steamy Concepts could do better and had them out to clean the grout on the kitchen floors. It is difficult to believe but the grout was like new! Since I did not have all the tile in the kitchen area cleaned, I left out the nook, it was an easy contrast to spot. The kitchen was more stained than the nook and when they were finished, the kitchen looked new and much better than the nook. Additionally, I had them clean my son's bathroom floor tile and our guest bath. They did a good job there but those floors did not need it as much as the kitchen. I am sorry that others did not have a good experience and wonder if they were using the Tucson Steamy Concepts. There was no attempt to upcharge me or expand the job that I wanted. I hope that they called the main office or the supervisor for assistance. Both times I used Steamy Concepts I was very pleased. My floors were cleaned beyond my expectations.

Had scheduled a 2 room Special for $79, w/a one room add-on. He suggested the "Ultimate Carpet Cleaning" for a more efficient clean of our cream carpets. I'm so glad I did, they look absolutely fabulous and am extremely pleased with the results. I will use them again for my carpet cleaning needs and I recommend this business. The only concern I have is the, "365 Spot & Spill Plan Subscription," he offered. I trusted Horacio's word (no handout offered or online info to review) that this annual plan would meet my needs, as I did my do diligence asking him multiple questions to ensure this is something I could use. Well today I see the invoice, only to read it "does not" cover traffic areas. This was the main reason I purchased this plan. Especially after talking with him and being reassured. In addition, if you purchase this annual plan, it is non refundable. 10 Nov 2025 - As directed via text, I await a "management call" today before 12pm. *Update: Owner James called and resolved my concern, restoring my faith and reassuring me of my decision in the purchase of the 365 Spill & Spot Plan Subscription. Simply the cabinets wiped and Refrigerator cleaned and the bathrooms, ceiling fans and wood blinds on all windows. My sister found this cleaning service on yelp as I was running around. The FIVE of them showed up and I showed Lidia what needed to be done. I left without asking the price as I was exhausted from all the weeks preparing. I asked my sister to call Lidia and get a price. She said 250$. When I got called that they were done 2.5 hour later, everything looked good, then she said "We spent more time on everything" and the new total was THREE HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT DOLLARS!!!! WTF! I was shocked, the house is EMPTY and 4 very young girls who looked under 20 should have busted out that house in 1 hour. She started to make shit up like "your sister said" and we got my sister on the phone who said NO WAY! where did she get that from? Basically Lidia revealed they did more work than what I asked for (NO FLOORS were cleaned Mind you and the house was EMPTY) and without calling either my sister or approval over the number she quoted she decided to SPEND another 88$ of MY MONEY. WHO DOES THIS with any integrity? I also foolishly let her leave without a receipt. When I pressed her for one she made excuse after excuse! I NEVER GOT A RECEIPT FROM THIS SCAM QUEEN.
