I felt like Galaxy didn't really care if they got our business or not. The "sales" person that was sent out was obviously sales and not an installer. Didn't seem to know the process or materials to be use and seemed to be using a prepared script to 'sell us' the job. Sonomascape (Cruz) came by, walked us through the process and explained the differences between their process and his competitors. Cruz's process takes double the time from start to finish (5 days) whereas Galaxy is a two-day process. The difference is a much better product by Sonomascape. Both companies were very similarly prices. The final product is worth the added inconvenience time wise. The crew (all family) are polite and hard working. On August 27, the towel bar in my bathroom unexpectedly detached…read more Upon attempting to reattach it, it was discovered that the screws had been screwed into a hollow opening of the wall filled with a paper/cardboard material--rather than being properly secured. This concealed issue would not have been visible had the towel bar not fallen. As of 8/28/2025, the cardboard was removed by the owner, Roy who proceeded to explain "it was a quick fix," and the bar was affixed to satisfaction, however the method used to install it to begin with is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the integrity of other completed work in my home. While I appreciate this being cared for, I was also asked to remove my review from BBB however, in good conscience, I wanted to document and share my experience in hopes of saving someone else from the same outcome.
