I had a 6:00AM flight this past Sunday and I had called another company called Taxi 1 the night before to reserve a taxi at 4:40AM. At 2:00AM I received a phone call from a Taxi 1 driver waking me up saying they were there at the hotel to pick me up, and when I called back to their dispatch they told me they made a mistake in telling the driver to come to my hotel instead of picking up another customer at a bar. I told the dispatch to make sure they sent back another cab for my correct time at 4:40AM and they said no problem. At 4:45AM I called back to the dispatch since the Taxi 1 driver was still not at the hotel and they said that they now wrote down the time by mistake for 5:40AM and that they didn't have anyone to pick me up now and I would miss my flight. Luckily, another person at the hotel gave me Rad Cab's phone number and they sent someone over right away to pick me up so I could make my flight. I travel all the time and never had this bad of an experience as with Taxi 1. When in Kennewick WA, call Rad Cab and don't use Taxi 1 as Taxi 1 is completely incompetent. The driver from Rad Cab was professional, drove a clean car, and the Rad Cab dispatch acted quickly to help me make my flight on time. Thank you Rad Cab for saving the day. read more

It's the 4th and the busses aren't running I tried to get ahold of other taxis and I couldn't reach any of them so I called rad cab and got a time set up for 12:30 as that time started rolling around I had gotten a call saying that there was a delay I understood and as it started getting closer to the time I needed to be at work I had called to see what was going on and the Codi the dispatcher went out of her way to make sure I got to work on time instead of feeding me an excuse about why they were late ,I don't know of any other taxi company that have a dispatcher that would show that kind of customer service,I for one will be sure to have them as a first call if I ever need a ride read more

I give them a 0 because not only does the owner josh not care about his employees he doesn't even pay his employees he fired my husband on false accusations of other employees saying my husband does a drugs and he doesn't never touched them in his life then told him he ain't reliable when he comes in on his days off and stay passed his time he should get off and he took a couple days off because of my mental health so we will be suing rad cab read more

After the usual disappointing service from other services, I tried Rad Cab. Starting with a happy and courteous dispatcher, my experience was unlike any I had before. Each driver has proven to be very punctual and we'll mannered. I now have my "go to" guy with whom I can joke and laugh and cry with. It's fantastic! Called for a 4:00 a.m. Pick-up. Confirmed pick-up the day before. The lady confirmed that our driver would be there. Shortly before 4:00 the driver was coming down the road looking for our address. As the other drive on the road Rad Cab driver LP# CSL2803 was driving reckless on the highway not using indicators and cutting people off almost cussing three accidents we slowed down to let them get out of the way. I would not trust a driver like that with my loved ones in the car. read more

If you want to lower your standard, you can call this company. Their cabs are old and dirty. Tey hmake me wait for over 45 minutes. I have heard bad thing about this company. No good company. They are late impolite. I wouldn't use them never again. I gather walk than wait for them. You don't have to believe me. Or there are other Cab services out there. read more
