I was taking rad cab from work today and I shortly realized that ants were crawling up the seats. I told the driver and he was not being nice about it. They were crawling all over me and in my clothes, my purse and I was completely discussed! We got to my house and the driver said the amount and I asked even with the ants crawling up my legs? I am a frequent flyer out of the tri-cities area and have used all of the taxi services except for Rad up until recently. I rarely give 5 stars for anything on Yelp but these guys deserve it. I called to have them pick up a friend flying into PSC on a late PM flight. The dispatcher was very nice said he would have someone there no problem. When the flight was delayed I called to let them know, they took the flight number and said they would watch it and be there when my friend arrived, and they were! I can't tell you how many times I have had a late cab or no show from the other cab companies in the tri-cities which is stressfull for the departures and annoying for the arrival. Our RV broke down while passing through Kennewick, and we have been kind of stranded here for a few days waiting till it can be repaired. Since our vehicle is unavailable, we have needed to use cabs several times to get around town. We have used this service three times so far and have been very impressed overall. The dispatch has given accurate estimates on when to expect the cab, the cab arrives quickly and on time, and the drivers have been professional, friendly and helpful. Living in the tricities for almost ten years and for once I needed a ride! I called before I arrived to a party to ensure a ride home. The dispatcher was very nice and explained how it would be helpful to call 30 min before my requested time (I called around 9 needing a ride at 12:30) to ensure I still needed a ride. The cab showed right on time and the driver was very pleasant. Only kept up a conversation when I kept engaging. He probably would of stayed mostly quiet had I not kept conversing. Which is totally ok if I had felt non-social at the time. Reasonably priced. I would totally recommend them and will use them again when I need another ride! read more

I've lived in Tri-Cities since 1987. This week was the first time I called for a cab here. I had a great experience using Rad Cab. When I arrived at SEATAC, I called Rad Cab and with two hours prior notice, asked for a cab to take me home from PSC . Everything went perfectly. The driver found me waiting for my bag at the baggage claim, and twenty minutes later I was home. No trepidations using Rad Cab in the future. Would recommend Rad Cab to anyone not wanting to pay the ridiculous airport long term parking rates. read more

We had an excellent experience with Rad Cab for travel from Richland to the airport last week. The agent who took my original reservation with polite, professional and patient while we finalized the pick-up time. When I called late that night to make a change, the second agent was just as good. Our driver, Ken, arrived on time in a clean vehicle. He was polite, friendly and didn't even seem to mind that we needed to make a quick stop on the way to the airport. Customer service is exceptional. While calling to cancel a reservation (no other reason other than we will be able to return our rental to the airport) we were given the most helpful information we have received to date regarding our travels and what time the local (Pasco) airport opens etc. For medical travelers this is invaluable information and saved us from arriving to a closed airport and having to wait 2 hours to even get in to the facility etc. The representative put our comfort and satisfaction ABOVE making money on our fare. I was trying to get home a few minutes ago driving on Yellowstone and turninng down Sherman. The snow was very deep there and I needed to keep moving to be able t to get down the hill. One of their cabs was parked in the middle of the road halfway down the hill. The driver clearly saw me as I backed up and waited for them to move out of my way...the cab didn't budge and shrugged me off. Rather than block traffic (as I am considerate of others..unlike Rad Cab Drivers apparently) I had to drive to another street that turned out to be worse and I got stuck. So PLEASE street clear as their drivers do not appear to. Be respectful of others who share the roads with them. Use ANY other company..or how about UBER? read more

I needed a cab Christmas Eve, this can company went above and beyond to pick me up in a snowstorm, delivered me to a hotel, scheduled a pickup for me in the morning, with the utmost courtesy and best customer service I have had with a taxi service. After an absolutely horrible taxi experience getting to our friend's house from our hotel, this was so much better!!! It was a 4.3 mile trip. Our driver was really nice and personable. Bad service. I called them to pick up my mom to the doctor. They didn't show up. My mom miss her important appointment. I call and questioned them they said they didn't have her on schedule. Rad cab customer service is great, the dispatcher is friendly, the cabs are clean and the drivers are safe and personable.

I was really impressed by Rad Cab when I arrived in Richland. It was late and Richland isn't a huge city. Despite that, Rab Cab was there and have been at every time of day that I have needed them since. They have many different drivers and all of them have been very friendly. The only negative thing I could say is that it usually takes 30 min for the cab to arrive since they always have a lot of customers. read more

I called George at Rad Cab at 10am to schedule a 1pm pick-up to the airport. He called back an hour later to confirm. At 1:05 I called asking where the cab was and George sad it would be another 10 minutes but he actually sounded like he didn't remember me. At 1:20 I called again and was put on hold while he checked out where the cab was. At 1:30 I decided to drive myself as the plane left at 3:00. On the way to the airport I called George one more time to ask if he remembered I had called at 10:00am to schedule the cab. He said yes and the cab was almost there!!! We flew in to Pasco late last night after flying from New Zealand. Our ride could not meet us at the airport so I looked up taxis and saw that Rad taxi had good reviews on Yelp, so I called and ordered a taxi to meet us. I am so glad I did. Our plane arrived early, Jason was waiting for us. He took our carry on luggage to the taxi came back to help with the rest of the luggage we waited for, he helped with that. He was very friendly and talkative. He quickly got us home, at the price quoted to me on the phone. Then he got our luggage out and carried the 2 heavier bags up a flight of stairs. We were so appreciative for the help as we were tired after travelling for almost 24 hours. He went above and beyond what many other taxi drivers did in our travels. Kudos to Jason for being such a nice person and for Rad taxi for employing such a great guy. We will certainly call them again when we need a taxi. read more
