Succulent, juicy, tender and oozing with flavor - these are the words to describe premium steaks at Racks. Back when I was a kid, my grandparents always take us to Racks and I remember ordering their kiddie meals, but now that I'm a meat-eating-adult- carnivore, I will gladly go and munch for the steak. My all-time favorites are Racks' Classic Pork Ribs, Beef Ribs and Hickory Smoked Chicken drowned in Racks' original homemade steak sauce that I consider insanely- out- of -this- world delicious! But besides the savory and sensational meats, I would recommend that you try out their Clam Chowder, Fish and Chips, Carolina Pulled Pork, Garlic Scampi Pasta and Mississippi Mud Pie too. Their branch in SM South Mall is always jam-packed but you can always get a seat after just a few minutes of waiting. The ambience is nice and warm with a woody- cowboy theme; their soft padded couch is comfortable and perfect for consuming hefty sizes of steaks (I needed time to relax and let the food go down before attacking the steak again ^_^).
