I've been eating at McDonalds & Burger King and although it is familiar and enjoyable, I must say at this point of my vacation it's getting old. I stumbled upon Charlie's and had a delicious breakfast. So I went back there again to try more of their menu. I'm so glad I did because they have many dishes that will satisfy someone with similar tastes as I do. It became my go to place where I would automatically order a taco, a side order of potato salad, an extra thick chocolate shake and a coke regular to wash it all down. However, for sometime now, every time I would go to Pancake House, they would either have no ice cream to make the chocolate shake extra thick, or they would have no shakes at all. That happened again last night when I went to the Burgos Circle branch. I've decided that that would be the last time I would be disappointed. I have removed Pancake House from my list of go-to places.

The entrance is beautiful with colorful umbrellas hung on the ceiling. The scene makes for great photo ops. Squeeze in a visit to Bag of Beans while in Tagaytay. They have an onsite parking lot.

Trying out their original red engine burger, I was extremely amazed by the fact that it was served between two red buns. Amazed in the sense that I was curious how they managed to make the buns red! So if you're looking for another way to spend your 400 pesos, perhaps a nice red burger might do the trick.
