The two pairs of shoes that I purchased here at this outlet in June of 2023 have not met my expectations. The first pair, was so uncomfortable that I just cannot wear it for any length of time before my feet start hurting. The second pair, which was from their "work" line was comfortable enough, but the inside of the shoe just started falling apart months later. Very poor quality. It saddens me to think of the days when I wore Merrells all the time, and really loved their products, but now they are just another corporate brand selling for big bucks and giving us junk . . . no cheers for Merrell . . . To be honest we could have spent all the time in one corner for Kate Spade and Under Armour. The Kate Spade store was great and the ladies "doted" on my wife: that is a plus! Prices are moderate. This particular Kohl's store is located in the Strabane Square shopping center. I visited this store one time to shop with a merchandise-credit card that I had previously gotten for returned Christmas gifts. I looked mostly at the women's clothing, slippers, shower curtains, and kitchen towels. The store did not always have my preferred colors or sizes in stock, but I did find three tops and one gift bag to buy. The cashier performed her job OK. I appreciate that she applied a 15% coupon and used part of my merchandise-credit card. Please note that this Kohl's contains a Sephora cosmetics store and also accepts Amazon returns.

Goodwills whole marketing is that it's affordable, for those struggling but how is a struggling low income home gonna buy something for $7.99 when they could go to Walmart get something for the same price, but new. As for this particular establishment, I found the facilities clean, a generous selection, and very polite workers. But compared to Salvation Army who gives back to the community with their income gained (and their clothes are color coded) Goodwill has definitely gone down in quality, but up in price. If you're ok with paying over $6 for a t shirt they got for free, then goodwill is your place.
