We purchased (2) $400 USSA bats for our daughter (12u) softball and (2) $300 bats for our son 8U baseball. All bats are pretty good ant holding up except the one for softball. The ghost double barrel. The manufacturer was great first year replaced the bat for cracks, chunks ect. After the manufactures warranty ran out the asurion warranty kicked in. The bat broke during batting practice again. Filed the claim with them did photos ect and they said they cannot cover the bat because it was "over used." The bat was replaced from Easton and not even 3months old outbid the wrapper! Sounds like a money grab to me.

The staff are friendly and helpful and seem to always be right nearby to answer any questions you may have or grab your size from the back. For a while the selection as far as shoes was hit or miss, but lately seems to be getting a lot better than in the past. One great advantage to this location as well as the Grove City location is that there is no tax on shoes or clothing. A big plus for out of state shoppers! I have found that visiting during the week is the best time to come as that seems to be when their deliveries come in and there are far less people in the store to get in the way of my sneaker hunting. During my last visit one of the shoes I was looking to purchase was not perfect so one of the sales associates went in the back and brought out every box of the same shoes in my size until I had found the perfect pair. Now that is great customer service!

Seeing that this is located in an outlet mall you would think of the selection of what should be in a mall or stand alone store would not be in an outlet mall. Also the prices should be different, not regular prices. It irks me that the selection for men's shoes is literally half of a quarter of what you find for women's. Even kid's shoes have more space in this store. Not asking for a lot, but I would love to see some shoes with some coloring other than the typical black, white, grey you see on a majority of men's shoes. Not only that, but I would love to see a better selection than what you can find at a mall anchor store. Customer service was kind of OK, but kind of missed the spot here. I didn't find anything different in here than I could find at my local place to shop.
